Dr. Jodice R. Lee-Belisle relocated from Chicago in 2004 and has since resided in Collierville, Tennessee. A graduate of Loyola University School of Dentistry in Illinois, Dr. Belisle has practiced for over 25 years. Prior to attending dental school, Dr. Belisle received her Bachelor and Masters of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology. She also has an Associate Degree in Small Business Management.
Her practice has involved all areas of general dentistry, but she has received extensive postgraduate training in endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and is also a certified Invisalign provider. She believes in staying current and receives 50+ hours of continuing education annually.
Dr. Belisle is committed to providing the highest quality in cosmetic and family dental care. She believes in patient education and the direct relationship between oral health and overall health of the patient.

Had an Appointment for a teeth cleaning, and I was expecting to see my dentist and I found out that he was no longer there, he retired and no one told me this information. This is not professional and they were acting like this was ok, very disappointing

I like Dr. Lee-Belisle and she has provided excellent dental services. However, the billing staff has not provided full disclosure regarding pre-approval of services through my insurance. i explained to them that I had previous work done on the same bridge and I was not sure if the 5 year mark had been met. They told me they had verified with my insurance and had me pay 50% of my balance before my appointment and the remaining portion on the day of treatment. As it turned out, I was shy 1 month of 5 years and my insurance did not pay. Afterwards, they told me they only verify that I have insurance only, no pre-approvals. I was out of almost $3k out of pocket. If I had known this, I would have waited 1 month and saved myself $1.5k. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GET YOUR OWN PRE-APPROVAL.

My first visit here was pleasant and the office staff was very kind and friendly. They focused on customer service and the wait was short. Just bring a sweater- a little chilly in the waiting room. I was pleased with the technician and Dr. Shah. She listened, explained and offered viable treatment options. I felt like she cared and I wasn't just a number. This location is a hidden gem!

I received excellent care on a rush visit where an old crown had fallen out! The receptionist responded to my issue by checking the schedule & saying can you come in about 40 minutes! I was out 30 minutes after I arrived all set with my crown comfortably back in place! The hygienist was careful & precise in making sure everything was set correctly! Dr. Belisle is always very personable & excellent at everything she does in caring for my teeth!

Didn't help at all. And charge me 116.00 for x-ray... My wisdom tooth killing me and they do nun but look. Thanks for antibiotics

Great atmosphere. I love getting my teeth cleaned at AFD. I have not been pressured into purchasing additional expensive work. I will continue to go every 4 months.

Terribly inconsistent scheduling team. I had appointments set up 2 months in advance and suddenly started receiving emails about them being rescheduled without my knowledge. When I called to see what happened, they told me I cant have those appointments and wanted to cancel everything to reschedule an appointment for another 2 months later! I would not have known this if I didn't call in and completely wasted my time. The front desk is terrible at their job and frankly quite rude and unaccommodating. Would not recommend this place at all.
