Got my wisdom teeth removed by Dr.Naji. The process was fast, smooth, and practically painless. I appreciated the Dr. and staffs clear instructions post surgery especially the one about taking the pain meds before the anesthesia wears off. I'm 3 weeks post surgery and feeling back to normal.

Dr Gupta is absolutely AMAZING and her assistant as well. Dr Gupta has a very kind way and a gentle hand. One of, if not THE, most gentle, professional and caring staff I've ever encountered. I've been to several dentists in the past and I was not happy at all. However, since I switched to American Dental in Watertown I cannot say enough about this dental office. The staff is incredibly warm, kind and welcoming. The receptionist Naara are the sweetest + super friendly, and always with big smile. The best and friendliest dental office I've been to. I recommended this dentist to my husband and he is very happy. Thank you Dr Gupta.

One person ("A.") at the front desk is rude and provides horrible service. I called three times to find out if the dental crowns had arrived before my appointment. A. assured me that they would be there. On the day of the appointment, I arrived and waited 30 minutes to see the dentist. The crowns had not arrived. It was a wasted trip; I had to leave without any dental treatment. I asked to book a future appointment to complete the treatment, but the schedule was now booked for 2 more weeks. I asked to book a different appointment for the final step of treatment on a different tooth, but A. refused to schedule an appointment. I would like to say that the dentist and other staff was very professional and helpful.

We had 2 bad experience with this group's front desk manager! I was there with my grandkids 2 different times, even though my grand kids have good insurance through the US Army. Still the front desk employee send us back home after giving us a BIG Lecture about insurance benefits, without being seen very Rude and felt very racist attitude towards us, we ONLY came only for annual cleaning purposes!

Just a very clean, warm comfortable waiting room with very helping Receptionist's at front desk. The doctor was very honest with me especially for my situation . Received an in- house referral and look forward in my next visit

These dentists are very experienced, and I'm amazed how well they did my procedures. I had a surprise cavity that receded my gum that gave the tooth a large crevice. I could not believe how well they filled it in, and that it looked like a new tooth, as if nothing ever happened. They made great care in being careful about any pain I'd go through, which was virtually none at all. Highly recommended dentists.

Front Office Staff - polite, efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Back Staff & Dentist - caring, gentle, thoughtful, they listen and care about appearance/product Lobby & treatment rooms, rugs, counters: clean and kept up. Chairs in rooms avail for parent of young if needed Overall I was very please with this visit which came about purely by accident after going to a different office. No bad reflection on the other office however this office is truly on their game in the best way possible! Not hesitant in dealing with all people of all walks of life.. they all strive to get the job done. No huge over lap of patients no long wait no being rushed in dental chair. Thank all of you for such a positive experience! Life isn't perfect but my experience today was definately good

Dr. Koch was absolutely amazing!!! Managed to do 2 root canals at once because he wasn't going to have availability and didn't want me to wait - better yet, he did both in 2 hrs - other dentists I've gone to took well over that. Place is clean, accompanied by friendly staff - can't share enough good things about this place!
