My friend went here & told me how bad one of the receptionist treated her. Booked her the 2nd time w/ another person at same time she was having a procedure done that took longer than needed. This other time her friend called & the same receptionist was rude. To whoever owns this place Have Better Employees. Who knows how many of those reviews are fake!!

All the good comments are because they encourage first time patients to write a review after the first cleaning. If you just want a teeth cleaning then your experience will be good. Anything outside of that will be a nightmare especially since you'll have to deal with the rude receptionist consistently and her nasty attitude will show up though she hides it well in the beginning. Wish I knew what I know now before going there. Wouldn't recommend when there are better places with consistently great service.

I felt very safe with my doctor, she explained options for my care, awesome awesome , definitely a dentist office you are treated as family

Bad clinic they made a root filling for two of my teeth and it still hurts me and they took the money from health insurance and when I said that my teeth still hurts me they say they don't have the competence to see my teeth I went to another clinic and asked them to cancel the insurance money they didn't agree and they left me and I am still in pain

I was excited that I found a dentist in the area for myself, my husband & kids. I called because I had a question about my insurance but was instantly turned off by the extremely rude receptionist lady whom answered the phone. I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe she's having a bad day. A few days later I came in and I instantly knew who I spoke to on the phone because she was tending to someone infront of me & treating them horribly & I recognized her voice. If any staff member asked her a question she would respond with a nasty attitude. If the phone rang, she was rude on the phone. If the person infront of me had a question for her, she would mumble in another language to a staff member (clearly not saying pleasent things.) By the time it was my turn in line she was also rude to me. I was so turned off by how this woman was treating everyone including myself that I made the decision to take my business elsewhere. I want to report this woman but not sure who I would go to as she's the one who always answers the phone & working. She's the older white woman who works the front desk. Terrible, terrible terrible service.

They fit me in at a moment's notice. The receptionist and entire staff is friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.

I started going to this place back in 2020. I had read all their reviews and said 300 people cannot be wrong about this place. Well, it turns out they are indeed a 5 star place. They are super nice. Very efficient. Speak multiple languages and a very warm atmosphere. I would say the manager, Sandra is one of the best people I have seen that runs an office and a very busy one. I have no idea how she remembers everything and they kept calling me to get my tooth taken care of after a root canal. They were wonderful to remind me that I needed a new crown or permanent filling. They truly care. I highly recommend this place. You will love Sandra and the rest of the lovely ladies that work there. They work with you too. They know how expensive dental work is they try and help. Their zoom whitening price was so much less than other places. They don't want to bankrupt you. This is sort of rare these days. Healthy teeth means good health.

This is the dentist to go to if you're having anxiety or nervousness . They are ALL amazing including the lady at the desk. They actually care about you and helped me through my anxiety because the thought of the dentist or pain i tend to freak out. Once i get there the nervousness goes away. They made me feel very welcomed and comfortable.

The dentists and receptionist goes above and beyond to assist their patients and advises each step covered or not covered by the insurance. By far the best dentist I've been too.

One of the worst clinical experiences of my life. 6 months of back and forth with this clinic desperately trying to find some help for a relatively small issue but they apparently are very limited in what they offer and did very little to advise or help me. 6 months later and I have lost a big chuck of enamel, chipped serval teeth and have gum recession. I walked out of this clinic serval times in frustrated pain and they didn't care. Even the one dentist that actually tried to help me (whom I actually very much appreciated), did very little for my situation. Don't let the reviews fool you, do research and find someone that will really help you.

Went there in during the high of covid, waited for 45 minutes exposed in a small lobby, than was placed in a room in which I waited another 40 minutes . got then my insurance was charged for $449.00 to have met with his assistant. He talked ...
