This is the second confirmed appointment where my husband arrives on time and the offices are closed! Both times, I call the office and the answering service is unable to provide me with any information other than "they are probably at lunch." This is the most unprofessional office! The lack of respect for peoples time is insulting. I do not recommend this location (Quincy.) Please take your business elsewhere!

Dr. Maji, Lezlie, and Noelle were exceptional- unlike other Dental offices that wanted me to wait months, American Dental was the only to take me the very next day!! Thank you Noelle for scheduling me and giving me prescriptions! I was given anesthetic which helped numb the area an hour in advanced to surgery. The Wisdom teeth extraction was really quick. I had all four removed and suggest you take the Doctor's advice instead of listening to misinformation. The only reason there was a little bit of pain was because one tooth was decayed with a cavity! It only lasted a second and there will be relief once removed!!! Dr. Maji was meticulous and laser focused during procedure. Also super funny! Noelle was very caring and informed me what foods to eat. Nothing hot or spicy. I feel like Hulk.

Dr. Naji is the best on wisdom extraction, I used to work with him and I came today just for consult, he took off all of my wisdom like 15min, It was more time for me to be anesthetized than to have my teeth pulled. Thanks Dr. Naji

My gum was injured with about ten tiny pin holes after getting dental crown impressions done by Dr Nagi. I was very upset when I got home and saw the injuries in my mouth. My gum was in pain and discomfort for over a week. I asked Dr. Nagi about these tiny injuries when I had to make an emergency visit again due to this pain and discomfort, he simply ignored this question. This dental office made their dentists work very quick, Dr Nagi was doing dental work on a few patients at the same time, going back and forth between patients.

Hour and a half wait in the lobby only to go inside and wait another hour to actually get cleaned. You need to block out your entire day to if you schedule an appointment at this place. Service itself was fine, but the wait was insanely long.

Service is very bad, waited 1hr 30min, nobody came to say sorry for the wait or anything. Actually I cancelled a appointment that I couldn't catch and now I have to reschedule just to wait 1hr 30min don't come to this dentist EVER.

Always flexible w appts. And if emergency they will take right away! Also, the dentists and dental hygienists are gentle and constantly ask about my comfort. I have had my teeth completely re-invented over time / over appointments and I am very happy. Nicole, who runs front desk is the best too.... Always nice, sweet and in good mood. That is rare these days. I highly recommend American Dental - Quincy!

Today went well! I had an appointment for next week for a wisdom tooth extraction. It was killing me lol I called today to see if I could get an appointment sooner and that's exactly what I got! Today same day they seen me and took the teeth out. The extraction was fast, I didn't feel a thing. Dr Naji has a sense of humor and he even talked about fight sports with me. He noticed I used to be a professional fighters lol I will be going back thanks a lot.

Very bad experience, always have to wait longtime, second times takes almost two hours to wait(have to move my car during waiting due to 2 hours parking limits ), okay fine, but! But! Look those pictures, I was doing fill teeth treat for tooth decay, horrible sanitary, The anesthesia needle was exposed to air for nearly an hour or more(not show on the picture but the fact is that after associated prepared,I was wait there for about a hours ,dirty looking tools ,the other bad news is that the decay it not remove well, I had braces on my teeth, but after the tooth was moving, I found that there was still decay inside ,not even two months . Totally wasted time, and I have to do the scary anesthetic again.

I was disappointed in my visit today. The office staff were professional, but Dr. Naji was rude to me. Also, my last visit he had a bad bedside manner. I've been a patient for about 4 years, the other Dentists were fine. They change Dentists, I don't mind, as long as they're good. He was arrogant to me. There was NO excuse for being rude to a patient. I did Nothing to warrant it. Going elsewhere.

Dr Naji and his staff were great . Overall, they were able to treat my issue in very timely manner and were very nice and very diligent in helping me with teeth issues. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone who's looking for a dentist.

I have had good experiences here every time I have come. This last one I came in with a loose crown and I was sure I was going to lose the tooth but they were able to repair it and file down the crown so it was not hitting my other teeth which caused the problem in the first place. They've always been friendly and professional
