Called to make appointment....receptionist on the phone from the time answered the phone was so unprofessional...us soon as she found out to do app for me...she put me on hold for 8 min... I guess she just hates working there and hates ppl. I end up not getting my app scheduled.

Absolutely the worst experience my m and I have ever had at a dentist office! First of all, the dentist works as the receptionist at times (most likely due to being short staffed) and when I made an appointment for myself, I expected for it to be in their system..like everyone would! Well when I called to confirm, they had told me that the dentist forgot to put my appointment in the system. I obviously got annoyed. When I came in for my new appointment, I was told by the dentist himself that if I ever give an attitude to one of their staff members then I can never come back again. I left the office literally in tears. Also, the office is dirty and the dentist is very rude. I am writing this review because I am in the middle of calling my insurance company to switch dentists and I want people to know how unprofessional this dentist is along with his staff which consists of maybe one receptionist.

This place was better before the new staff, the old office clerk was alot more on top of things and didnt make me angry every time i got off the phone with her like the one now does

I am very disappointed with the experience I just had. I don't think this dentist is qualified to deal with old amalgams safely.

I have been going here for 3 years. Hygienists are very friendly and do a great job. The doctor is personable and made me feel at ease when I needed some work done.

I went to this dentist for a referral for an oral surgeon and x Rays, the dentist gave me a very difficult time was very pushy and rushed everything. Than 2 months later made an appointment for "filling" of two cavities, at my appointment he doesn't wanna fill my cavities telling me he doesn't have time when I made an appointment. And made a statement that I need a crown and need to save up $900 for it after rushing me out the door. Called insurance company and found out it was a lie. I found this dentist to be very rude uneducated and gave me false claims just to make a profit off of me. The secretary made an appointment for a filling and I showed up for a "consultation" appt. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The only good thing about this place is the hygienists who was the sweetest lady I ever met who I believe deserves a more professional place to work at.
