So I am TERRIFIED of the DENTIST! This is the first office in around 15 years that I have been to more than once. I would only go it it was an emergency. I'm glad to say I have found a place where not only is the staff great, but I feel COMFORTABLE! They have done more for me in 6 months than I thought possible. I got my smile back today!

Loved the experience it was quick and the dental service was great. They were awsome at communicating and made sure to get in touch with me to confirm my appointments. The secretary was extremely nice and worked around my work hours. I appreciated that!

Everyone here is friendly and incredibly professional; it is the best dental experience I've ever had. Helen's communication and follow up are timely and super positive, Hana is the most gentle and kind person, she made me feel comfortable and welcome, and Dr. Micheal Mistretta is so upbeat while he works swiftly and thoroughly. The whole office makes trips to the dentist fun and painless. Thank you all!

Very clean and organized dentist office. And the DOC, o he is the MAN he solved my troubles in an hour. The whole CREW is on point. They are so nice and they are very understanding. DOC he is down to earth. His crew got his back and they are down to earth as well. Love this place will be back next week and there after good good good good EXCELLENT Dentist to go to recommend this dentist. DOC he is a COOL CAT.

I don't bother writing reviews unless I'm really inspired or really miffed, and wow am I inspired by my experiences with American Dental!! When it comes to seeking quality medical care, thorough competence matched only by a warm, welcoming bedside manner seemed like an idealists dream... until I found this place! As a medically-anxious person, I was immediately put at ease by the team's way of operating. They were forthright and empathetic when discussing issues, procedures, and costs... and they actually take my insurance! The office is consistently clean and everyone is double if not triple masked, and the sweet smell of sanitizer perfumes the air. I feel safe and cared for here, and can not recommend this team/ practice enough!

I love this place, its cozy, they're super friendly and Dr mike is one of the best dentists I've had, hes patient and extremely gentle with all his patients. I am beyond horrified of the dentist because I know what my teeth are like but believe me I dont feel pain afterwards

This place is horrible. Every time I go, I see new faces. I have to orient myself if I am in correct place. Kind of funny right... ha ha... It's very annoying. From front desk to provider, all fresh new faces. I want to go to a place where same person can take care of me. Run away from this spooky place.

I had I bad experience in other clinic I don't want to specify which one just for the business privacy . Which I lost my smile because of unprofessional treat of that doctor. But when I dressed the problem to doctor Michael he didn't hesitate to fix my issue and give me an outstanding confidence on my self by bringing back my smile!!! . So he fixed me dentures which I missed confidence with it with former doctor!! . Thanks a lot doctor Michael you deserve 5 stars customer service!! I recommend him to friends and my family.. The staff here are friendly and professional. The dental assistants are gentle and accommodating. The dentist is knowledgeable, professional and skilled. They make sure you are satisfied with their service before you leave. I would recommend anyone to come get your teeth clean, fixed or whatever you need for your teeth.

Yesterday I went there for regular check up & cleaning! The front desk and nurses are super helpful and friendly. The experience with the doctor and her assistant who got me examined and teeth cleaned is GREAT and professional.

I was treated with respect and compassion by the Dentist and staff even though I am an older Patient and have some appearance issues.The Doctor and staff were genuinely concerned about my Oral Health and took the time to formulate a plan to improve my quality of life due to an oral health Infection. The office is in a Great location and easy to access using Public Transportation (MBTA) and freshly painted and Extremely Clean throughout. Thank you American Dental/Cambridge!

They were absolutely amazing glad i found them on the nextdoor app! they definitely help you out with everything and listen to you and etc! They are also very good with explaining things with you as well! all the staff is absolutely amazing!
