The call center people that pick up for the Archer location when the dental office is busy are rude a lot of the times. They seem like they don't want to help me, have a nasty attitude and nasty tone, and just want to get off the phone. Basically make it seem like you're inconveniencing them.

Dr. Abughazaleh was AMAZING. He walked me through the entire procedure because I was a nervous wreck!! I never thought I'd say this but, that was the best wisdom extraction experience I've ever had!! His staff was also very nice and helpful!

Dr. Yusuf was totally great with my dental surgery. He explained the procedure thoroughly, made sure I was ok throughout the procedure. I had no complications whatsoever and on the follow up, he explained the next steps in the process. I would recommend his services to all.

I usually frequent the American Dental on Fullerton and I really like them. But I recently visited the one on Archer and they're poorly understaffed. I fought hard in traffic to make it on time out of respect for the appointment and doctor. I get there on time and have to wait basically an hour to be even seen by a doctor. I'm usually a patient person and have a decent amount of understanding about wait times, but there was a level of unprofessionalism that was present. I'm not suggesting that I'm ungrateful for the appointment (even though I did initially make it online yesterday and then had to call today for a required eligibility check and reschedule because I have a HMO), and I'm also not saying I don't appreciate going to this dentist practice. What I Am saying is that the customer service for the Archer location was not up to par today for me. Thats it.

Today I called and said I would be 10 mins late due to unexpected traffic. They say it was okay, but when I got there, they told me the hygenist was already behind and wouldn't see me anymore. I do understand, but its frustrating that they said it was fine before I got there. They've always ran late so its also upsetting that my ten minutes don't hold up to the hours they've made me wait in previous appointments.
