I made sure to arrive before everyone and was first to go inn when they open the doors, but for what ever reason 2 people who walked inn 15 or 20 mins after whent inn before me plus not a very friendly place I just asked for a refund and left.

Wasted my time....dr Navarro is the worst. Where do i start...appointments are never on time and wasted my time having to come in and forcing me to get a deep cleaning when all i wanted was a regular cleaning so she wouldnt work on me and this after making the appointment already when she said it was fine the previous time. Oh and they also tried to charge me more when i had paid the same for every service ive had done for the last 6 years or more at this place.money hungry dentist

this dental office is very not professional. they charge patients on dental work while medical pays for those services double billing. also they reject patients supposedly because patient can not make it to appointment but i was never informed of any appointment or recieved a letter so i have to call everyday that is not fair to my child also this dental office is a medical provider and chargers with double billing patients if you have problems call your medical plan and report.

Dr. Navarro is amazing and so personable ! Best in the AV hands down . My first visit and she is on her game and the receptionists and dental assistant are very professional! Finally after being in Palmdale for 4 years I have found a dentist

The Dentist assistants were Kind and Helpful today, but The review is on how they don't Sanitize the equipment!!! They come check you then leave , come back after 20mins and start working on you without cleaning the dentist tools or changing gloves !!!

I used to come to this office when I was in high school and 8 years later Im finding out the work they did was wrong!! I had several fillings and a root canal done here, the crown needs to be replaced which they had charged me up the wooza when i got it and they never put it in right, the fillings have to be replaced also. All this dentist cares about is how many patients he can get in and out everyday because they make more money. They are greedy and don't care about the patients. I am glad I have found Dr. Olson in Placentia who actually takes his time to review your teeth and goes over everything with you. Its day and night difference when you go to a quality doctor, not one that just cares about patient turn around. Oh and the "cleanings' they do suck they don't even do their job right. I wish I knew then what I know now.
