The staff and doctors are very friendly and helpful. My new patient cleaning and x rays were very thorough and the hygienist and doctor explained everything they were doing.

The receptionist Rachel did a good job booking the appointment...She has very good phone skills, super sweet....The Hygienist Karen did a thorough job. I will come back too see her for sure...Good experience....5 Stars

Love the office is so high tech! I got a whole hour in the chair where other places only give you 30 minutes. The hygienist Karen was awesome, very gentle and great chairside manner. Will be a returning patient.

I saw Dr. Harris on emergency visit after one of my dogs knocked out two of my front veneers by jumping and hitting my lower jaw. They got me in the same day and Dr. Harris did amazing job repairing it! Thank you!

I have been seeing Dr. Steve for about a decade now. His practice is by far the best I have ever had the pleasure of employing. He repaired poor workmanship from another highly reviewed dental service, and I have not wanted to go anywhere other since. Dr. Jason has been working on my 1st crown. Painless, swift personalized service utilizing the latest high-tech equipment. Everyone that has worked on my dental care have been very knowledgeable and confident. I would describe them as artistic in their touch and care. Very pleased. I should add: The practice I saw before Dr. Steve's, told me I needed a crown right away. Dr. Steve carefully removed material, and repaired the tooth with just a filling. It has been fine ever since. No sensitivity.

My teenager has been here for 2 or 3 cleanings. I've been here for one recently. The office is very clean and the staff is friendly. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because for some reason, the hygienist cleaning my teeth decided to ask me about my reproductive plans. I find that question to be personal, especially from someone I don't know. I do plan to go back, and I hope the conversation can stay on topics like the weather and baseball.

The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because for some reason, the hygienist cleaning my teeth decided to ask me about my reproductive plans. I find that question to be personal, especially from someone I don't know. I do plan to go back, and I hope the conversation can stay on topics like the weather and baseball.

COVID-19 update: This is the CLEANEST medical facility I have been to since the outbreak. Staff are fully covered in PPE, Air purifiers, sanitizes all equipment and air prior and post patient service. They don't allow walk ins and limit the amount of people in the waiting area. They take your temperature at the door to ensure you are safe to enter. The office is extremely clean. The staff is friendly and has impeccable attention to detail. They educate you on your options and always make sure you are happy with their work before you leave. I have been to many dentists in the area and Dr. Pleickhardt is the best! If you want a safe and absolutely stunning cleaning go to this office!

Dr Steve and his staff are all 5 Star! I have been a patient of Dr Steve for over 30 years (including cleanings/fillings/whitening), and I have referred many grateful friends to his trusted hands. Each time I visit I am warmly greeted by his staff. He always has the newest technology. His new Bristow facility/location is great, and easy to find. And his hygienist, Georgia, is the best I have ever had.

Dr. Pleickhardt is the best dentist i have ever had, HANDS DOWN!! I recommend ANYONE in search of a new friendly, and professional practice to go to, start here first and save yourself the time! You will not be dissatisfied!
