Dr. Diego Flores received his dental education from the University of Texas School of Dentistry Health Science Center at Houston, graduating in 2005 after pursuing undergraduate studies at Texas A & M. He consistently deepens his knowledge and skills by taking numerous continuing education classes in difficult aspects of dentistry every year. He has received an award from the International Dental Implant Association for completing more than 30 hours in dental implant and bone grafting education. Dr. Flores has been practicing in the area since 2005 and speaks Spanish.
As a dentist, Dr. Flores seeks to provide a level of care and comfort that patients have never experienced before, and to make America's Family Dental Tomball their home for all of their dental needs. To that end, he uses the latest technology and training available when giving treatment. Dr. Flores has instructed many dentists around the country in advanced dental techniques. He is a Diplomate of the International Dental Implant Association and an Associate Fellow in the Academy of GP Orthodontics.
After graduating high school in Arlington, I joined the United States Marine Corps in 2000. I was stationed in Camp Pendleton, CA, but was able to travel the world in a little more than four years. After serving one tour during Operation Iraqi Freedom while onboard the USS Peleliu, I decided to come back to Texas and further my education. I attended Texas Womans University and earned a B.S. in dental hygiene. Practicing in Fort Worth was fun and gave me several years of experience in different offices.
In 2011, I left the private sector and accepted a job in Brenham at the State Supported Living Center for the mentally handicapped. I worked as the primary dental hygienist, performing on-site care to the individuals. A short year later, I met my husband and we moved to Montgomery. We live on Lake Conroe and have two cats. My step-daughter attends Montgomery High School and plays in the band. My husband and I love to travel, and often we are gone on our long weekends from the office.
I have been at America's Family Dental Tomball since 2012 and love my patients. The atmosphere is fast-paced yet organized. We work hard to perfect the best care to provide our patients. The technology here is new, and we are always updating. I look forward to meeting you!

08/05/2022. have gone to that dental office to request an appointment as a consultation only, to verify if it is possible to finish an implant that I have without the crown, the (white) lady in the counter she was very distracted, every time I spoke to her, she would get distracted again and again by something else and she just keel saying I'm sorry, ho no, I didn't listen to you, that seems very disrespectful to me. After asking her to please pay attention of what I am saying, I did notice that the color of her face changed to red, and she looked very angry but she finally paid attention to me, I explained to her that I have an implant that is missing the crown and that I have recent x-rays with me, because I just need to know if the Dr. who would treat me would be able to finish this job and we would go from there with the x-rays. And a Mexican woman intervened without anyone asking for her opinion about the x-rays. Finally, I got the appointment by 08/16/2022. After half an hour the same person who had attended me in the counter called me on the phone canceling my appointment, I did ask why is so, she said because I had supposedly said that I would not have an x-ray, I said OK. I did not want to argue with this racist person. Apparently, that's not a Dental business, it's a discrimination center. The front door personal need customer service coaching. 08/09/2022. A few days After I have written this review, the person who attends the entrance counter, wrote to me on behalf of the Dental Clinic and the Dentists, a lot of profanity and bad words, I have taken this letter to a law firm, we are studying the possibility of filing a civil suit for defamation and discrimination against this Clinic.

Sure liked Dr. Gosnell and give him 5 Stars, however the past Year there is a problem with their booking staff. My wife showed up twice for her appointment and both times they told her she didn`t have an appointment booked. The same think happened to me a few weeks later. We found another Dentist.

Was in a tremendous amount of pain, the nurse got me right in for an extraction. The dentist did an amazing job. Very friendly and got me in and out. Was blown away at how great the staff was there. I'll recommend them to everyone!!

I knew I made a great choice choosing them as my dentist when I moved to Tomball. Dr. Gosnell is so nice and does a great job, and the rest of the staff is so nice as well.

After X-ray identified tooth completely cracked in half, to include crack through root, dentist felt no sense of urgency to work me into schedule. Absolutely no sense of empathy whatsoever. Despite agonizing pain, simply placed me on schedule 10 days out. Immediately went to well known oral surgeon who worked me into after hours schedule. After viewing x-rays, oral surgeon was shocked any dentist would send patient away in such obvious extreme pain. He stated that some dentists have no business calling themselves a dentist. Stay away from America'sfamily Dental.

I have seen Dr. Gosnell for a number of years now. Him and his staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and they answer all your questions. Dr. Gosnell rebuilt my faith in dentist after a childhood of some pretty tragic experiences. I have never felt rushed through any of my appointments. The office is always immaculate. I have been through various areas of his office according to what I am having done and they are all set up privately and kept clean. I will be back in his office soon to so he can extract 9 teeth on bottom and make a plate for me. Some years ago he did the top teeth as well. He made sure my pain was managed. I never bruised or swelled. He had the bad teeth out quickly and walked me through the various stages of healing and what to expect. I can not say enough good words about this man and his staff. They all are very witty and use jokes to break the ice.

I have been seeing Dr. Josh Gosnell for over 20 years. I can actually say I love going to the dentist. When I need work that will impact the cosmetics, I want Dr. Gosnell doing the work. I trust him to give me the best information and care. Great and fun staff too!

Very professional and the staff are incredibly nice and welcoming. Angela was super attentive, kind, and made the environment feel comfortable. Pricings are very fair and I would 100% recommend to get your teeth needs checked up here. Will only be coming here from now on.

Omg! I am new to the USA and had been to Trinity Dental a few times. Always painful, looooong waits and unnessecary procedures. This was a breath of fresh air! Quick, easy, painless and proffessional. And if you get Sabrina as your technician you have won the lottery. She couldn't be kinder, more patient, more understanding or a better explainer! She is an angel!!! Dr Turner was so patient, listened well, proffessional and fast without feeling like he was rushing me through. Honestly I wish I could give this practice ALL the stars!!!! So so so good!

I had my 6 mo cleaning today (June 2021). From entering to x-rays to the cleaning and exam, Dr. Gosnell and his hygienist did a great job keeping me comfortable and providing excellent service. Thanks for putting up with me!

My cleaning and exam went great. No pain only gain. The follow up with doc was just as funny and pleasant as usual. Going over the forward plan was explained and appointments set without issue. Dr. Gosnell is great. He has a very cheery attitude and really listens to you when you speak. The staff? Outstanding!!!! I had to have a DEEP cleaning (periodontal) and the hygienist was awesome. A+ - highly recommend.

All the staff was very friendly. the hygienist did a great job. There was no long wait time and the Doctor was super nice. I would recommend American Family Dental to anyone looking for a Better place for dental care.
