Was greeted immediately by friendly staff, I think her name is Jackie. Explained everything prior to getting any treatment done. Amazing dental work done with minimal pain. Dr. Sean extracted two really bad teeth and honestly, there was barely any pain. Highly recommend getting dental work done if you've ever had a bad dentist, there is a vast difference when you get a professional dentist who focuses on you, the patient.

Very nice crew! Betsy is the best! Doctor Sean is a very professional, but light hearted doctor that makes you feel comfortable in an arguably uncomfortable situation. Would recommend!

Clean office, and calming environment. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable, my family has been coming to Ameri Dental Group for a few years. They are always able to squeeze me in even last minute. Dr. Sean runs a great and fair dental office!

I just got finished with my second appointment here at Ameri and I'm once again very impressed! The doctor is so gentle when working on me. I got 1 root canal and 2 fillings, surprisingly it went by so fast! Betsy checked me in and her service is also fast & friendly! I would highly recommend this dentist office above all else!

Recommend by my mother in law, Dr. Hashemi is wonderful. Betsy, Olvia and Diane are so sweet and patient. We are bringing in the whole family and sending out his phone number to the office so co-workers can find out how awesome it is here.

One thing is for sure, Dr Sean works hard and he is very good at what he does. Im super greatful for the implant and the high quality dentistry that I received. Talin did an amazing job at cleaning my teeth and is really good at what she does. The office staff members are always super knowledgeable and helpful. Betsy the office manager helps you choose and utilize your insurance to get you the best prices. At this dental office I always get high quality care with great prices and friendly smiles. The office is always clean and the wait times are very minimal. I highly recommend this dental office everyone.

Everytime I come to this dental office there is no wait time. Betsy always greets me with a sweet pleasant vibe. She has been super helpful. This office takes medical dental. The office is always clean and the Dr is wonderful and answers all my questions. The assistant Olivia is helpful and kind. I'm a patient for life and I recommend this office to everyone.

I've been going to Ameri Dental group for about 20 years now. The New Doctor and hygienist are both very gentle and caring. They make sure you are comfortable and happy. I am always very satisfied and happy when I visit this dental office. They make every visit painless as possible. My husband recently came in for first time and said the dentist did a very good job. Betsy and Olivia are always smiling and they make me feel relaxed and comfortable. Betsy gets me to understand the billing insurance so I won't be left unhappy on how it works. I highly recommend this dental office

Dr. Hashemi's dental office is the best in Ventura county. Betsy the office manager is so nice and accommodating. She gives awesome discounts on dental work that will otherwise cost a fortune. I highly recommend this dental office and Dr. Hashemi and his team.

I have nothing but praise for the Doctors here, but the person working the front desk leaves alot to be desired. Too busy being a social butterfly instead of keeping track of patients in the waiting room or of what the other technicians are doing

Betsy at Ameri dental was very professional. She made sure I was comfortable during my procedures and presented me with different options while also explaining the benefits and necessity of each treatment. The doctor was gentle, and a delightful conversationalist. An overall pleasant experience!

Most of these reviews are before new ownership in 10/2020 as I read them more in depth. I appreciate that after the appointment time got messed up, it was corrected with appropriate haste, however the front desk staff person was incredibly challenging to communicate with. A first appointment should be (in my experience) a routine cleaning and x rays with some recommendations about future treatments. Not, interrupt the appointment halfway through so you can sign a treatment refusal before you have even had a chance to think about it. People need time to check things out. Never gone from a new patient visit to a deep cleaning and $450 treatment refusal in 20 minutes. Not fun or good customer service. She had me refusing before I even knew how much it was gonna cost total. And skip the product YouTube video. Really off putting. This is real constructive feedback not emotional or knee jerk reactions. Do the appointment the person signed up for, explain their options like a human, and then hand them a printout with the financial breakdown and let them go home and think about it normally and without pressure, especially if it is a cost prohibitive recommendation. Otherwise, everyone seems nice. Everything is clean. Delivery of services and protocols were just poor.

I had avoided wisdom tooth extractaction for several year up until my recent visit at Ameri Dental Group. Dr. Sean kindly and patiently exaplained the importance of wisdom tooth extractions. Then with his gentel techniques he painlessly pulled the teeth out, without the usual headache, or head jerking of the extraction. He is relaxed and has many brilliant stories to keep you entertained and your mind off of the dental procedure. The office is beautifully decorated, clean and environmently safe even at Covid time. The dental group has professional specialists doctors, a talented hygienist with light hand which you jaws will thank you for it later. The office has knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff too. I highly recommend Ameri Dental Group. Make an appointment today.

I've been a patient of Dr. Hashemi for almost 20 years and I've stayed his patient for this time because of trauma I experienced with dentists in my childhood. Back in NC the dentists would tie down your hands...you can only imagine what a trauma this causes as an adult and apparently I have a low tolerance for pain and the it takes a lot to get me numb. Dr. Hashemi was the ONLY doctor who actually cared to sit and listen to my story, to empathize and to help me get over my fears. I no longer want to pass out of fear going to the dentist and they get me fully numb before starting. He and his staff don't "rush" and are super calm and have patience and his prices are really good. My teeth are finally strong and I drive from Woodland Hills to Oxnard just to see him because I don't trust any other dentist. I would follow his practice anywhere in the world. Plus he makes you laugh- what other dentist does that? I am so grateful.
