Overbooked with poor communication on care vs insurance coverage. The staff did not make inquiries prior to performing redundant steps that later cost us when it shouldn't have. They make last minute changes to appointments and then cannot fit the work in during one appointment. If this was not the only insurance approved/covered Dentist around I would find somewhere else.

I am very happy my wife found Ambrose Pediatric Dentistry. We have 2 kids who are Autistic and their last visit at their previous dentist was a disaster. We were very nervous about their appointments today but everyone from start to finish were amazing. Our daughter's appointment was outstanding. They were outstanding with her and made feel very comfortable. Our son's outburst were minimal compared to his other experience. We thank everyone there and I am horrible with remembering names so I can't give special thanks, but please know we appreciate you all.

I am still trying to get ahold of them to get me a doctors excuse for my child who had a procedure 2 weeks ago. The wait on the phone takes forever. They will not respond to my emails either.

The location by monkey Joe's is Absolutely amazing the customer service and patient care and appreciation is outstanding! I have six children and the youngest is 2 weeks and 2 years old and they helped me so much in regards to helping me with them to be able to take care of my 12 year old and 9 year old to be able to hear from the dentist and what was going on with their teeth. There is no better place to take you children than here! There was a woman named Amanda and she even helped me get my children to the car and help with their seats! They helped with everything and anything my children or I needed

They are really really great with kids. Office can be crowded bc they're popular, but they have fast and easy service. They make my child very comfortable.

My daughter had three teeth pulled out Monday! And they was so great with her! Very fast also! We love it here

The team was fast and very kind to my daughter, they were helpful and were able to answer all my questions. A special shout out to Shontae (hope I'm spelling that correctly) she went above and beyond to help me on an insurance issue. Thank all for their service today.

As a parent, I love the level of professionalism, the efficiency, and the kind way they treat my kids. They are proactive with treatment to possibly prevent future damage. My kids love their doctor and the nurses. I recommend this pediatric dentist to anyone looking for a dentist for their kids. Not to mention, the atmosphere is clean and so kids friendly! 5 stars all of the time.

They are good at what they do. Fast, friendly, and timely service. My son had an accident and they saw him the same day!!!!! I would recommend them to everyone.

Waited literally 30minutes for them to take my call and right as it got to me they picked up and hung up. So I call back and yet again I'm told I'm caller number 9. Ridiculous

This place is amazing since I have been here I have had zero cavities the service is nice it feels safe and they have different flavors of toothpaste my favorite is orange or punch it is amazing they give you prizes best dentist they make you feel safe.

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Kam. She took so much time with my son and explained all the tools to him during his treatment. She went above and beyond to help his anxiousness. The office staff helped keep my little one occupied with color markers and paper. I absolutely loved that instead of being money hungry, Dr. Kam took the time to take an additional x-ray and cut the cost of treatment tremendously by taking a second look at what we were facing.

Was called by this dentists office on the day of the appointment at noon to tell us they couldn't see our children for the appointment we'd scheduled months ago and wouldn't be able to see them until February 2023. I even got a confirmation of the appointment two hours before the appointment time after they'd called us to cancel it. Do they handle emergency dental situations in the same manner? Such a disservice to treat children with dental needs in this manner.
