Pro's and cons to the office. The hygienists and dentist are great with the kids however their scheduling needs VAST improvements. Children should not have to wait 5-6 months to fill cavities. Seems as though the office is too busy to accommodate children's oral health in a timely manner.

Very unprofessional... pulled two of my daughters teeth without even telling us and when we found a new dentist they took an extensively long time to send over the information to the new Dentist... and when my wife called their hand on them taking too long we could tell that they were salty because we left(like I always say in order to get somebody back the best thing to do is give them your absence)... strongly would not recommend this place.... also the ones who work the front desk need to be replaced.... i've met rattlesnakes with better personalities.... thank God we had options and we took the other.... glad we will never be Gracing this place ever again.... Sidenote they also renovated this place like twice but it still looks like some kind of nightmare from 1975

We will not come back to the Macon office cause this office had us wait at least 1:35. Before we were called to back just for simply checking up and cleaning and they only keep her back there 15 minutes for her cleaning . I be setting our appointments with another location next time.

It honestly was not an awful experience. I do however have a few observations. We arrived 15-20 min before his appointment. We waited for about 45 min to be called back, no biggie but there were 3-4 kids who arrived well after us that got immediately called back. We also saw Dr. Jay... Bedside was not horrible, you we're not mean or anything but you spent 2.5 min with my kid and barely said much to us, it didn't feel personal, just get us in get us out. Also of note on the MD, we were told we'd be seeing Dr. Williams so having a different dentists was unexpected. The dental staff were kind and courteous as well. Our appointment was at 10:30 and we went back at 11:23, close to lunch so my son was very antsy and hungry, NBD just another thing to note from the side of the patient.

I love this dentist location. Very clean, kid friendly. The entire staff is nice and friendly. As scary as the thought of going to the dentist may be for children, My children enjoy it because the staff here makes it smooth and fun process. Ingrid specifically made my daughter feel more at ease with her cleaning by showing her the instruments she's using and talking her through each step that she's taking. I highly recommend this location.

My 4 children had appointments. Took the day off to take all them. Showed up at our scheduled time on the dot. They told me they couldn't be seen because we didn't confirm. I confirmed 3 days ago. They said well it didn't go through so they couldn't fit us in. The lady said they called yesterday but got no phone call at all from them. Will just take my kids so where else then.

The staff let a 9 year decide that he didn't want laughing gas, leaving him to endure more discomfort and pain. At no point did anyone consult with me or inform me that my child was crying and in pain.

My first experience here was great! The dental hygienist that took care of my 2year worked very well with him, you could tell she's really good with kids, made my baby feel comfortable with his cleaning, definitely recommend.
