Welcome to my practice. At Amazon Dental, my staff and I intend to treat our patients with the highest quality of care and excellence. Our primary objective is for our patients to walk out the office door with a satisfactory, proud smile. We value the uniqueness of every one of our patients, and gladly customize our treatment for individual needs. For over 17 years, I have provided the community with a full range of dental services such as fillings, crowns, scaling and root planing, simple and surgical extractions, root canal therapy, dental implant surgery and its restoration, cosmetic dentistry and removable dentures. I have treated my patients with the best of my ability proceeding in gratifying results. Providing the necessary treatment and therefore allowing my patients to return to their normal lives with a healthy mouth and a beautiful smile- that has always been my ultimate goal.
My education and dental career has taken me near and distant from Manchester, CT. I received my Bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, and received my dental education from the New York University College of Dentistry. Following graduation in the year of 2000, I trained as a resident at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Soon after, I relocated to Connecticut where I have practiced dentistry until this day. Along with my profession, I am also a hardworking husband, a proud father of two children, and a die-hard Patriots fan. When I am not treating my patients, I am found cooking in the kitchen, hiking with my wife, and watching NFL with my 15-year-old daughter and 10-year-old son.

Best dental experience I've ever had. Ive had 2 cleanings and extensive filling work done at this office. The service was excellent, informative, and gentle. The hygienist and dentist are truly excellent at what they do.

The staff is amazing. My cleaning was very thorough and Dr. Lee did a fantastic job on crown and fillings. He was patient in explaining my treatment and took his time.

Amazon Dental has a beautiful, modern, squeaky clean office. Parking is just outside the office. Equipment is state of the art.

If you need work get a second opinion first! The only thing you should do with a name like AMAZON is shop online. I just moved into the area and the reviews looked good. NOT! I was fitted into a schedule when someone cancelled. I was greeted with "Have you ever had a deep cleaning?" (red flag). They took x-rays and examined my teeth. No communication with the doctor at all on the condition of my teeth. Naturally, the receptionist said the doctor stated I needed a deep cleaning and a regular cleaning would not do. Wasn't ready at the time to make that expense. I called back later and said just do the regular cleaning. Then I was told "Oh, no you have a gum disease." I won't go further with this but I went to a different doctor got my cleaning, examine and no mention of a gum disease! Really! Honesty, integrity are these just words in the dictionary?

I think the doctor is making money by asking to fill cavity everytime I visit. First time went there and he said you have 7 cavities and the next visit within 6 months he said you have 2 more. I went to another dentist and they said you have no cavities. *** Update after the response *** Now they are sharing my visit date as well without my consent. Beware, they can share your personal information in a public forum without your consent too. ***They have removed their response after my previous comment***

Amazon dental has done an amazing job on my teeth so far. While I'm relatively new, Mr. Lee is respectful and quick. Less than 30 minutes for a filling. Plus, his hand is steady. The dental assistants help me feel comfortable and calm while waiting. Since I have a lot of anxiety, that's a big deal to me! While I'm getting work done, they've been very attentive to make sure I don't get a lot of liquid building up in the back of my throat. Another bonus is that I can listen to music while my dental work is being done. Anyways, I recommend going to amazon dental for your work. They're fast, they're nice, and they're honest with you.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Amazon Dental. The office manager, Victoria, has always bent over backwards to make sure things happen, whether it's with my own insurance company or scheduling me in with an oral surgeon or getting me in to see Dr. Lee. Victoria can move mountains. She is also incredibly sweet, efficient and kind. If I ever was in a position to hire her, I would offer her a job in a heartbeat. Also, Dr. Lee is an excellent dentist. He may not be one for many words, but he is one of the best dentists I've ever seen. I would definitely recommend Amazon Dental to any newcomers or long-time residents looking for a new dentist.

One of my fillings fell out and Dr. Lee was able to refill it. The process was quick and easy. The hygienist assisted with it and she was super friendly and gentle. Affordable and the staff are all really kind. Thanks!

I've only ever had my fillings done here with Dr. Lee, friendly dentist, straight to the point, who doesn't cut corners. Clean facility, friendly staff overall, the assistant is a sweetheart. Thank you Dr. Lee!

Dr. Lee is the best dentist I have ever had. I changed 6 dentists in the past. Other doctors fitted me with crown before but it was never done right. Dr. Lee is a perfectionist. My crown feels like my own teeth. He's very honest and tells you exactly what is going on with your teeth, even though, you may not like it. He and his staff are very nice and very diligent. The front desk staff are very friendly. They treat us with patience and answers all our questions with care. I was reading other people's reviews. Some said they're expensive, and other things. I have had my crown done at other places for much higher price and the experience was awful. Dr. Lee's charges are very reasonable and they work with the insurance company to give you estimates right away, so that you know exactly what you're expecting to pay for the services. Me and my husband both trust Dr. Lee with our teeth. He's the best doctor in town.

I love my dentist. During this pandemic, I did some serious damages to my teeth for being one serious grinder. Thanks to Dr. Matthew Lee and his staff, my teeth are all fixed and I can smile again. Went in for a cleaning and the Dental Hygienist there, Hannah was very professional and not to mention gentle. Would recommend Amazon for anyone wary of going to the dentist. Clean and bright atmosphere as well as a friendly staff to boot. Will definitely be back!

I have no words to describe how happy I am to have Dr Lee and his wonderful staff to be my dentist. Dr Lee is really professional and friendly. The staff members are also so helpful. Victoria is such a wonderful person and has always been caring and informative. She has always directed me in the proper direction. She would go above and beyond to help. Five stars for them and I would highly recommend them.
