Worst experience ever. First time had an appointment and waited 2 hrs to be seen. Made an appointment for deep cleaning. Appointment was for a Saturday and it was changed because of dental hygienist. Go to my appointment and when i get there they had cancelled my appointment because i did not confirm the appointment. Worst experience ever.

Me dieron cita para las 2:00pm y empezaron a atenderme a las 3:00pm porque solo habia una doctora y estaba almorzando; cuando empezaron a atenderme a las 3:00pm la maquina que toma las impresiones de los dientes (rayos x) estaba con problemas y se apagaba en ocasiones ; despues que me lograron tomar la impresion de los dientes estuve en la habitacion esperando a la doctora durante 45 mint mas o sea eran las 3:45 y todavia la doctora no me habia atendido. Como si fuera poco que tuve que esperar practicamente 2 horas los utensilios que iban a utilizar conmigo estaban oxidados ( tenia manchas de oxido). En fin me levante y me fui. Conclusion 2h de espera sin ver a la doctora cuando tenia cita y ademas los utensilios en mal estado; uno acude a estos lugares para mejorar la dentadura no para empeorarla! La peor experiencia!

I really like my dentist she is very professional patient as well I'm the biggest cry baby and she has never given me an attitude or a bad look because I fuss a lot.
