This is my first time using Medicare insurance in this dental clinic. The office looks nice, also the nurses, but the way to deal with me as a patient is not right. After knowing that I have $1200 that can be spent on my dental this year, the nurse and the doctor forced me to do a deep cleaning, although I repeated several times that I just needed a regular cleaning. Finally, the doctor expressed that she was not able to offer any other services except for deep cleaning. I had to leave looking for other dental clinics.

I just got a bill from Amazing smiles for $ 796.40 for a deep cleaning. You did not tell me my insurance was not going to pay for the service. The price is ridiculous. I tried to discuss the issue with your office without any success. It is your offices obligation to let the patient know the insurance will not pay. I am waiting for your response before I pay any money. Clint I sent a check for the balance on the 14th of December, it has not been cashed yet.

I had the most amazing experience today at Amazing Similes I learned about Amazing Smiles through my husband. He bragged on how wonderful the service was so I decided to give them a try. I am glad I did my teeth feel wonderful! Amanda is the best hygienist I have ever had! Getting my teeth cleaned literally felt like a massage! Sold! I am staying right here! Can't wait til my next visit

I recently took my 14 year old to Amazing Smiles for a root canal. Because of her age (and her already having a fear of receiving dental work) I was extremely nervous for her to have this procedure done. Everything about our experience with this office and staff was great, from the text appointment reminders to the great customer service every time I called with a question. I was very nervous about not being able to go in with my daughter during the procedure (due to covid) but the office staff updated and assured me along the way that she was doing great which made me feel a lot better. After the procedure I asked my daughter about her experience and she stated that it was great, the dentist was gentle and she felt no pain. She spoke of the dentist as if she was her new friend. Lol I would definitely recommend Amazing Smiles (Sugarland) to anyone!

My experiences are superior, and Dr. Allen is the greatest. She is an excellent dentist and is a painless dentist for me! In addition, the entire team always goes over and beyond for the patients. I am so appreciative for all of the wonderful experiences. Each time I visit as a patient, amazing results are seen.

The staff at Amazing Smiles are so personable. They call you by name when you enter the door and always ask how you are doing. They are efficient and your time is never waisted. I appreciate the fact that they go over a care plan with you and then provide a relatively pain free experience. I love this place!

Everyone there is great!!! They accommodate me and my 3 kids at once so we don't have multiple appointments. The staff is friendly and Dr. Allen is one of the best dentists in the area! They always put me and my kids at ease, my kids never complain about going to the dentist.

Dr. Allen has been my dentist for many years. I was very apprehensive prior to our first visit. She is a kind, gentle, trustworthy, humble woman. She's gained my trust for well over twenty years. I absolutely love her and Belinda. There are many dentist out there but only Dr. Margaret Allen. I normally don't leave reviews but I do read them often, before making a decision.

Me and my daughter have been going to Amazing Smiles for about 5 years and the service is great, the staff is friendly, and the office is very clean. Dr. Allen is knowledgeable and always willing to address your concerns.
