Dr. McCracken graduated Doctor of Dental Surgery from University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) after completing her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kansas State University. As proud Wildcat who went to work in the corporate world as a salesperson and educator for a dental laser company, Biolase.
For Dr. McCracken dentistry is a wonderful combination of working with people to help them be healthy, artistic in creating or recreating beautiful teeth, and owning a business so she can treat patients and team members with the golden rule without corporate influence.
With a commitment to providing quality care for her patients, Dr. McCracken maintains memberships with the American Dental Association, the Kansas Dental Association and the First District Dental Society, in which she was the Immediate Past-President.
Builiding trusting relationships with patients, striving to offer high quality, comfortable comprehensive dental care and enjoying spending individual time with patients to make sure education and personalized care are emphasized are some of the reasons Dr. McCracken loves her career. Outside of the office Dr. McCracken enjoys spending time with family, friends and her rescue dog, Ruby. She is actively involved in the Chamber of Commerce, her church, Kansas State Catbacker events and Kansas City Young Professionals. You can often find her cheering on the Royals, Chiefs or Wildcats, traveling, working out, or listening to live local music with friends.
After your first visit Dr. McCracken will detail what is needed, if anything, to keep up your healthy smile! We will use x-rays, an intraoral camera (to take digital photographs of individual teeth) and education to show you on the computer screen what the doctor is seeing and how you can maintain your oral health goals.
Amazing Smiles is in-network with many providers; if your particular provider is not listed on the insurance page, please call our office as we periodically update our affiliations. We DOaccept all insurance plans and file for your benefits on your behalf regardless of if you are in-network or out-of-network.
Community involvement is very important to Dr. McCracken and the team at Amazing Smiles! Whether we are providing dental services or just sponsoring local organizations, we think its very important to bring a smile to the faces of Kansas City, Kansas!
During February, National Childrens Dental Health Month our entire team went to Piper Elementary school to teach Kindergartners the how and why of brushing their teeth! We provided 180 dental kits including toothbrushes, toothpaste and coloring books free of charge.

I like amazing smile as soon as I walked in Gina knew how I was and didn't wait long on till Violet came out and helped me there equipment is great Dr. Kelly is great too I would recommend Amazing Smiles to anyone just know they are busy so make appointments in advance for sure but they treat you well through the whole process and keep you informed which I appreciated looking forward for my next appointment thank you again

My experience with the team and Dr. Kelly was exceptional. I would trust and refer any of my friends needing dental treatment to this group. The team greeted me as I walked into the bright and clean waiting area. My appointment time was prompt and efficient. The hygienist was empathetic and kind when taking X-rays. Dr. Kelly and her assistant were caring and informative. She has an eye for perfection and the thoughtfulness of her care is exceptional. Dr. Kelly is knowledgeable, fun and worthy of all patients who step into her dental home.

Customer service is my favorite Gina is a subject matter expert SME! but the hygienist are very good in being very gentle and thorough and they treat you like family I'm 62 years old and have seen many Dentists Offices over the years I will say that they rank as my # 1 since 2017! The NAME speaks for itself AMAZING SMILES!!!!##100! The office is a definite reflection of customer satisfaction 1st and foremost, and all that is a reflection of DR. I am very satisfied with the service I received at Amazing Smiles of KC. I chipped my previous dental bonding that I've had for years and did a Google search to find the best place to repair it. I read reviews on this office so decided to go here. This was a front tooth chip so appearance definitely mattered to me. First, I feel like the staff was very friendly. Dr. McCracken made sure I was completely satisfied with my tooth repair which I am. I can tell she takes her work very seriously. This bonding looks a lot better than the one I previously had that I had gotten at another dental office. I am very satisfied at how she matched this to blend in with my natural tooth. Everyone here was just so nice and made me feel welcome.
