Dr. Franklin and her staff is wonderful!!! I'm so grateful for their patience and understanding with kids, they did great with my 3 year old son it was a very good first and second experience and will definitely continue to come back and recommend them to others. Very clean and quiet atmosphere also. Couldn't be happier with their services!

I love Dr. Franklin!! My 4 year old had to get a procedure done and I seriously anticipated him losing it because he did during a simple cleaning The nurse were accommodating from the beginning. Any time I've been there, the nurses have been great. They asked my son what he wanted to watch, they pulled the tv screen up to him (it's above them as they're getting the procedure), and she began the procedure. She spoke to him the whole time, encouraged him, calmed him, etc. The kid didn't even flinch during it! The whole staff is pleasant and friendly- I highly recommend this office

Amazing experience from start to finish for both of my boys. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Franklin is very kind and takes the time to explain the process to the kids as she is doing the work. They have tvs the kids can watch which was a great distraction. I am so thankful we found this practice. Looking forward to continuing my children's dental care with them.

Dr. Franklin was amazing with both my young boys!!! We had a great experience. She was patient and showed the boys every thing she was going to do and explained and was wonderful.

The office staff is great! Always polite and helpful with anything. Dr. Franklin is AMAZING! Explains to my son everything. She talks to him throughout the whole time. Dr. Franklin pays attention to detail and keeping my son calm. Dr. Franklin and team work well together and I am grateful that we have her as a Dentist.

We just came back from another wonder appointment with Dr. Franklin. My daughter is now excited to go see the dentist! Everything is explained and even demonstrated before anything is even done, which my child certainly appreciates. Dr. Franklin and her assistant are always compassionate and gentle when taking care of her. From start to finish the staff is amazing!!!! Highly recommend!

My son hasn't had the best experience with dentist's in the past so he was pretty apprehensive about his visit; he's 6. Dr. Franklin was pretty amazing with him. He actually said, "this is very peaceful!" She made him so comfortable and made sure she explained everything every step of the way. He ended up having 2 teeth pulled without a flinch!! She ensured him that the tooth fairy will be visiting. Dr. Franklin and her team were so great; thank you!

Dr. Franklin is amazing and her entire crew is equally amazing! I had three very anxious children about going to the dentist and getting x-rays done, all three left with smiles. The entire staff explains everything they're doing to both parents and the kids in such a calming way. Would recommend this dentist to anyone with children! Picking your own Netflix show when getting your teeth checked, is "so cool."

Update: My 5 year old had to get an emergency tooth extraction recently. Dr. Franklin and her staff kept him distracted by talking about the show he was watching on the screen. They were so fast and discreet in the novocaine process that my son didn't notice it. They then explained (in kid language) the crunchy feeling that would happen next without saying his tooth was about to be pulled. Dr. Franklin's calm energy and quick process helped to make the experience the best it could be. I'm VERY happy with Dr. Franklin and her staff!

I can't say enough about Dr Franklin!! She's so amazing with all our children, she seriously makes their whole experience so much easier! My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist because of her and that was unheard of when I was a kid. Thank you Dr Franklin and your Amazing Smiles team for making going to the dentist a much easier and fun experience for the kids and the parents!!!

Dr. Franklin is the best pediatric dentist we have had. The staff is super friendly (all of them!). My kids do not like dentists and I have taken them to several dentist around my area and had no luck so far until I found Amazing Smiles. Dr. Franklin have managed to keep them calm while doing their cleaning. The office is super clean. I highly recommend this dentist. They are AMAZING!!

We have been searching for a pediatric dentist forever it seems, so extremely happy we had our 1st appointments today. 6yr old & 4yr old, they both left happy & asking when they can go back! Walked in super scared, left so happy! Great job! Dr. Franklin is wonderful!

My daughter recently had her first appointment with Dr. Franklin and it went incredibly well. Dr. Franklin and the entire staff made us feel very safe and comfortable and my daughter appreciated being told everything that was going to happen beforehand. We left there feeling so thankful to have found this practice and we will happily return.

Highly Recommend! My 6 year old son is normally terrified of the dentist. Amazing Smiles and staff made him super comfortable - explained the process to him at an age appropriate level. He left feeling happy and at peace. His future dental visits will no longer be something he fears. Thank you!!!

I found this place through google when looking for a pediatric dentist for my kids and I am SO happy I found them! The entire staff from start to finish were SO incredibly kind! The dentist was so patient and sweet with both of my children. They have fun TVs for the kids to look at while laying down and she'll put in whatever the child picks, she shows what each tool does before she uses them and lets the kids feel them first as she explains what she'll be doing next. The kids were comfortable and happy the entire time! Plus big plus- Saturday appointments!!!! My son asked if he could go there everyday after we left! So cute!

Had an amazing experience today with Dr. Franklin and staff. Today was my 3 yr old son's very first dentist appointment. My son has sensory and develop mental disabilities so naturally he does not always tolerate Dr visits and new people. Dr. Franklin and staff were absolutely amazing with my son. Very friendly, kind, understanding and patient. My son felt so comfortable with them and got through the entire appointment as if he had been there 100 times before. The waiting room and patient room had a tv on for him with his favorite show which helped as well. Perfect experience and we have found our permanent dentist for our son.
