Dr. Shbeb was born in Damascus, Syria and moved to the United States in 2013 with a decade of dentistry under his wing. He attended the University of Aleppo Dental School where he received his Masters in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the OMS hospital in 2013. He progressed to Advanced Education in General Dentistry at New York Langone Hospital where he had postdoctoral training in comprehensive clinical care and management of patients, making him a super-generalist.
Dr. Shbeb is a proud member of the American Dental Association and is most known for his promise to deliver the highest quality of dental care and experience to all patients he has the pleasure of working with. His philosophy is that dental care should never be scary or painful and creates an environment that is welcoming and reassuringly pleasant to all.
Dr. Shbeb participates regularly in education courses in all areas of dentistry to maintain progressive skills in General Dentistry. During his time off, in addition to many outdoor activities, such as soccer, racquetball and table tennis, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.

Everything went absolutely amazing! Haven't been to a dentist in years and they made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed. Went in for a consultation of my wisdom teeth and walked out with none! So thankful to not have to deal with those teeth anymore and the procedure was flawless!

I was a very last minute walk in. Very friendly and polite from the second you walk in. I waited for quite a bit before being seen, but I've never been here and was very last minute for an emergency tooth extraction. The dental assistance was very kind and energetic. I said I have been known to be a gagger and she assured me with "I know a few tricks". Still in the chair waiting on the doc to rip this sucker out of my head. Very clean, very welcoming. 9/10 would recommend. Receptionist was pregnant and had to leave, the hygienist stepped in and took care of me. Awesome people!! Tooth was just extracted. Doctor was super awesome. Very professional. Took less than 5 minutes. Would come here again

From the first scheduling there have been several issues. They keep rescheduling appointments and getting the appointment times wrong. Sitting in the waiting room for hours I noticed I wasn't the only one having this issue with them. The receptionist is never at the front and several people waited in the waiting room to be checked in. One lady sat for 30 mins before anyone even noticed she was there. Another came for her 3:30 appointment and was told her appointment was at 2:30, even though she had an appointment card that said 3:30 and was forced to reschedule. The staff was overheard in the back laughing about how they needed to reschedule a bunch of people because they couldn't handle the work load. You can here them laughing and socializing about non work related things from the waiting area. They don't update you on anything. My daughter had an appointment for a cleaning, she had teeth filled the Thursday before and the dentist kept pushing to let him "correct" the shading of her fillings. After being told no several times, he finally left the room. The entire situation was unprofessional and stressful for my daughter. My son went in yesterday for fillings on his front teeth and the dentist took almost 3 hours to finish. We were told he had 9 cavities and yesterday my son was told he had 8 cavities across 6 teeth. None of which was told to me. That was completely different than what was discussed with my husband and myself. My son said people kept coming in the room and he and the assistant would stop and socialize. He was told four times that it was almost done. At the two hour mark I waited at the reception desk (no one was in sight for several minutes) to ask for an update and the dentist came up after the receptionist and was "taking a break". My youngest son also had an appointment set for 3:30 pm and at a quarter to 5pm he was still in the waiting room and no one had come out to let us know anything. I had to reschedule his appointment as it was too late and I wasn't going to make my other son wait for another three hours for the dentist, to socialize and take breaks. My son that had the fillings done reported that the dentist was pushing on his face really hard and left his top lip and nose bruised and painful. The only reason his dad and I are allowing them to complete the work is because we've paid over a grand out of pocket, upfront. I would rate this office a negative 1,000 if it would let me. The only staff member that was great was the hygienist that cleaned my kids teeth. Once my youngest child has his fillings complete, we will not be returning. Someone needs to look into the day to day in this office or shut it down.

I am an adult with a lifelong fear of dentists due to bad experiences when I was young. From the minute I managed to walk into this office I was welcomed by genuinely caring, compassionate and understanding doctors and staff. These people should be closed down. Years ago I came here just to get a cleaning done and they told me I had 6 cavities. I have never had a cavity in my life. I wanted to get a second opinion, so I went to another dental center and the man's exact words were I have NO cavities. I was shocked that Amazing Smiles Dental told me I did. Clearly they just wanted to get my money. Y'all should be ashamed.

My appointment was at 9 am and when I walked in it was one lady before me but it took them 15 minutes to come to the front and sign us in. By that time 4 more people walked in and all 5 of the people was called before me. I waited a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes before I was called to the back and still waited an additional 15 minutes before anyone including the Dentist to come in and see me. During this time I dentist was in and out of the room doing other things besides treating me. After about an hour and 45 minutes I finally got x-rays done that they claimed that I needed and I waited and additional 45 minutes for someone else to come in with a dental plan stating that I needed to get these things done. I declined and said the dentist never once said i need and work done and that my teeth are in great shape. I had an appointment for just an annual cleaning. So after wasting 2 hours and a half I informed the lady that I will never patronize the company again and I requested a copy of my treatment plan and paperwork. They billed my insurance for nothing. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE and unprofessional. I will NEVER go there again and will tell everyone that I know about my horrible experience.

AMAZING SMILES IS AMAZING!!!! When I was younger I was leery about Dentist, after several extremely horrific events, I was beyond scared. This group are more than wonderful. I was an emergency, not only do they believe in a pain free experience, they explained everything with the billing, insurance, and if needed payment plans. I would recommend anyone who is need of a great dentist go to this office. Thank you for everything. I used their (chat,unable to talk clearly ) Joy was so helpful and had me scheduled the same day within hrs.

I went in with a very severe dental abscess. The infection had went into my face and neck, chin, etc. They were able to numb me completely even with all the infection and remove the tooth with NO pain! I was terrified but they were very understanding and helped me thru it. I can not thank them enough and recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist! I was even able to get in the same day as I called! They are amazing!
