I'm unable to give 0 stars so I give a 1 but know it's a 0 in my book, this office is so unprofessional it literally makes no since. When I went in for a regular check up it was just horrible, they barely cleaned my teeth in fact it felt as if they were playing in my mouth, when leaving the said I had 5 cavities and that they needed to be filled, they said that they had filled them but instead left a botched mess in my mouth, I can't even floss my back teeth because they basically welded my teeth together when they filled the "cavities" and my new dentist is saying my cavities aren't filled instead they've made them worse and can't operate on my teeth because they've messed them up so badly, and when I went back to tell them or at least have them fix it instead of getting in touch with me they have ignored my calls and my attempts to fix my mouth they refuse to see me again, after they've messed me up. -100 out of 10 do not recommend in fact u should run away far far away .

This office is horrible. The front office person was so rude. After waiting in empty office for 1 hour she informed me that they could not see my Grandson due to insurance issue. The place is also extremely dirty ans has awful smell. Rundown and Rude. Do not go there

This place is never open when I call to get my daughter's referral. And it's during the hours they say. The place was disgusting. Parking lot is so small.

this is by far the worst dentist office i have ever been to. for starters, the new front desk receptionists are almost always rude or stuck up, & the building is so nasty & run down. i've been going here for over a year now consistently for extensive tooth repair, & without warning today, when i called them with a real dental emergency ( excruciating pain, face & neck swollen), they turned me away & claimed they don't accept my children's medicaid anymore because i'm 20, & that they "don't accept children's medicaid if you're over 19". but yet, i just was there for an appointment 2.5 months ago when i was 20. i called my insurance & immediately got assigned a new dentist. my insurance said i am covered under children's medicaid up until i'm 21, so there's no reason they should've dropped me as a patient (without any warning either!) I love how they waited until I was in excruciating pain and had an actual dental emergency to let me know that they don't except my medicaid anymore if they were actually professional, they would've called me to tell me themselves. they told me to go to the ER instead. if they were dropping me as a patient, why didn't THEY call ME to let me know? completely unprofessional. i only stayed as a patient here for this long because i didn't have many options because of covid-19. i'm extremely grateful i was able to find a new dentist today for this emergency. i also got a crown here not even a year ago, & it broke off my real natural tooth underneath , because the tooth they put it on wasn't strong enough. & they wouldn't fix it for free, even though it was THEIR FAULT. i had to pay $900 out of pocket to fix THEIR mistake. they don't care about anything but your wallet, & this dentist is lazy. my insurance told me that there is absolutely no reason they should've dropped me as a patient today as my children's medicaid is still valid until i'm 21. the dentist just didn't wanna do it sad considering i've been coming here for nearly 2 years. if you're in pain please just buy orajel & hold on a little longer & find somewhere better you won't regret it

Dont come here, theyre not professional at all , me and my insurance had to call them multiple times to get my referral sent, sometimes they have people working there that dont even know how to make an appointment, i paid for my x rays and i told the lady before leaving to email them to me and she never did even when i asked twice . I regret changing my dental office so bad. If i could give them less than one star i would. I havent slept well in a week with this tooth pain and it has been horrible crying because my pain wont go away not even with pain medications , now tomorrow is monday and they dont open on mondays either wich is ridiculous, why have an dental office and only opens for 3 days a week with very little effort to help , they just want your money and don't actually care about the patient .

It was a great experience, my teeth look lovely. I got my teeth cleaned and the dentist kept asking if I was okay, she was great. I would have given 5 stars but I think the lady at the front desk was bothered that I had questions (for I haven't been to the dentist since I was 12, now I'm 29). She was doing a lot so I kinda understand maybe why she wasn't as friendly. Other than that it was a clean facility. And everyone was nice.

Very very nasty place there's so much dust everywhere fingerprints is so built up on the door handles that there's a grease buildup from that your hands. This place needs to be shut down and I mean now! There's so many hand prints or fingerprints on their countertops it is ridiculous! Has been reported to the health department!

They never answer the phone or return voicemails. Very unprofessional office. They canceled my daughters appointment and didn't even bother to call to let me know.

wrost place that I have had to deal with, doesn't pull teeth only thing they do is x-ray and clean.... you call yourself a dentist but reality your nothing but a hygeniest.... would not recommend to anyone...

Absolutely horrible don't go to this dentist! They are NOT covid 19 friendly! The sanitation is disgusting! The front desk personal is rude! Read all prior reviews! You have been warned!! Smh

I honestly loved it there everyone was so nice and professional it's small but cozy and efficient fast what can I say also they're all bilingual keep up the good work

Not a good experience.... I understand this corona virus is going around but they took my minor daughter to the exam room by herself told me I had to wait in the waiting room. So about 45 mins later my daughter comes out one of the girls behind the counter says we will call with an appointment to have extractions. Ok no other info. This appointment was June 11th it is now August 10th I've had to take my daughter to the ER because it was causing her ear to hurt the problem was infected tooth so we were given antibiotics. So if you have minors do not go to this dentist.

Thank you for arranging appointment so quickly, then rearranging it same day! We had such bad, stressful experience in the past, that I was very worried about going to the dentist office that has bad reviews. Luckly for me, my child left dentist office with the smile and better experience.

I would rate lower if I could. I had a root canal done last year. Before the appointment they called and left me a message saying to call them back about my appointment. I called and the receptionist didn't even know what my appointment was for when I had made it just a few days before. On the day of the appointment i has expected them to go over the procedure, which they did not, and when I asked questions the doctor gave me answers that didn't answer my question. When I first left my temporary crown immediately fell off and I couldn't get back into the office to have it replaced. They said my crown would be done in two weeks. I didn't hear back and called after 3 weeks. The dentist was on vacation and they hadn't gotten my crown yet but they told me to call back in a week. I did and they first said my crown wasn't in and insisted it hadn't come in and then when they handed the phone off to someone else, they told me my crown had come in. I went in and the crown they tried putting on my tooth felt way too huge and when I told them this they insisted my teeth shifted because the paper thin crown they put in was gone. They did a remolding of my crown and told me that it would be in in two weeks. A month later I got in touch (after not hearing anything) and they told me to come in. When I went the crown wasn't sitting flat and they told me they couldn't do anything about it and then shaved down my tooth above the crown. Ever since the pain has been just as bad, if not worse than before I had the procedure done. The process had not been explained to me at all, the staff was fairly rude and indifferent, the girl who was doing my cleaning had her bangs down and it kept going into my mouth, and the whole process took over two months of me hounding them because they never called me. It may seem like it'd be cheaper, but don't waste your time or money and just go somewhere else.
