At Amarillo Children's Dentistry, every member of our staff is friendly, professional, and experienced. We are committed to providing each of our patients with personalized care and exceptional service. We strive to maximize the one-on-one time with each patient and to completely answer any questionsyou have about their treatment. Our goal is to ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience for every patient.
Dr. Browning is a native of Amarillo and a graduate from Caprock High School and WTAMU. After receiving his dental degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, he attended the University of Iowa for his specialty training in pediatric dentistry and graduated with his Master's degree as well. In his free time, Dr Browning enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his family. He has been providing comprehensive pediatric dental services for patients in Amarillo and the surrounding areas since 1991. Dr. Browning provides preventive services, advanced diagnostics, and treatment in all areas of pediatric dentistry and has excellent rapport with patients.
Dr. Browning participates in regular continuing education and advanced training courses. Dr. Randall Browning is a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the Panhandle District Dental Society. These organizations promote education and advancements in dentistry and oral health care. It is because of Dr. Randall Browning's dedication to improvement and growth in a variety of dental technologies, treatments, and procedures that our dental patients receive the most advanced, efficient, and effective dental care available.

We love this dentist office. The staff is super friendly knowledgeable and helpful. They prioritize in the kid's wellbeing. We live 3hrs away and have absolutely no regrets driving here for dentist appointments.

Dr. Browning is an excellent dentist. He was my dentist as a child and also did my first set of braces. My dog chewed up my retainer and I ended up going to Harwell & Harwell to get braces as an adult and wished I wouldn't have. He is now my daughter's dentist and I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend Dr. Browning and his friendly staff!

My son had some dental trauma and we had been to seven dentists (some pediatric, some not, some holistic, some four hours away... ) in his eight years. Dr. Browning was recommended to us a by a "crunchy" mama friend. The first visit we had with him, he ended up replacing my son's crown. He and his staff took so much time to answer my son's questions and really make him feel included in the process, that my kid was actually looking forward to his next appointment! By the time the last appointment took place, he didn't even need numbing meds. Once, while I was paying out, my son stepped back into the exam rooms just to tell the doc how much he appreciated him. I just can't say enough positive things about this practice! So very thankful for the way that we were treated!
