I've only been here twice, both times were positive experiences and overall I like this dentist office so far. The only issue I currently have is getting a call back. I need to get a root canal done but want to get more X-rays done first to give the dentist a better X-ray of the problem tooth. When I called on Friday after talking with someone from my insurance, I was told I'd be getting a call back but still have yet to get one and it's now Tuesday. I also tried calling the office again but had to leave a message so I'm still waiting to get anywhere. Other then this it's not a bad experience in the office.

Caring personnel ,clean ,CDC guidelines appear to be followed . Concern for patients is prevalent .. Thank you Amara Dental of Easton !!

I forgot to mention on my last post that the office manager gave me a prescription with somebody else's name on it I never looked at it and handed it to my pharmacist when I went back to pick it up they thought I was crazy we finally got to the bottom of it but if this happened to me, how many other people did she do this too also I see more people complained about the receptionist, how many complaints till something is done?

I recently had a very strong and positive experience with Amara Dental of Easton. They handled two necessary extractions and a partial with compassionate care and expertise. I would highly recomend their services to others!

Came here my first time with extensive pain.... my tooth broke and I needed a root canal which I had never had done before but the staff here were very pleasant and polite and sensitive to my needs of being afraid of the unknown and helped me to feel comfortable with an hour long procedure so thank you to the staff at Easton for making a difference in how I look at a dentist

My visit to Amara Dental in Easton was not positive. I am not sure if the day I went was a fluke, but my experience was one of the worst dental appointments I ever had. I had a scheduled appointment for a check-up with X-rays and a dental cleaning. Upon arriving, I waited for over an hour to be seen. After waiting for so long, I was told that I was not able to have the dental cleaning done, only X-rays, since the dental hygienist was out of office. This was extremely disappointing, as I was not notified of this in advance, and only came to find out after waiting. I should have been notified long before my visit or immediately upon my arrival. Clearly, my time wasn't valued at all. None of the staff was apologetic or understanding, and in general, I just felt like a number, not a patient. The only person who seemed to remotely care was one of the front desk workers who tried to explain what went wrong and apologize as I was checking out. Their solution was to have me come back in again for the cleaning, (which means I need to take more time off work)..I don't plan to come back.

I love this place the staff is friendly, personalable , and professional. They really take time with the patients and what's in your best interests not their pockets. The doctors are easy to work with. Financial services and options are available if you need it.

Big turn around from the last dentists and staff who were in this spot a few years back. Great people work here and they are very helpful with a gentle touch. Im terrified of dentists normally. After my last visit however, Im much more comfortable.

A just can't say no but I have to The lady at the desk she's wonderful and very helpful. Very friendly made me deal relaxed just talking to her first. The dental technician she knew what was going on with my mouth. Told me what I should be doing now to make it better. She is comforting, quite gental, gets me to relax that I'm in a dentist chair. The dentist she is caring, soft spoken makes the uncomfortable of being at the dentist forgotten. The office is well decorated, Warm atmosphere. It is well maintained there. The walls the floors ceilings.

First time, prospective new patient..I ended up walking out for the following reasons. One, walked in introduced myself, the receptionist was chewing on food, didn't say hello just passed the paper work to me to fill out. Two, after filling it out, I passed it to her. She just took it, no thank you, no nothing..Three, after waiting a half hour, I decided to leave after the initial introduction and unfriendliness..I'm positive I made the right choice..
