Dr. Amante is a general dentist who has practiced in the northwest suburbs of Chicago for over ten years. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has pursued postgraduate training in Cosmetic Dentistry from the University of Minnesota as well as advanced Implant Dentistry training. He also received his certification in Orthodontics after dental school.
Dr. Amante believes that his patients deserve to have the information they need to make good choices about their oral health. He is meticulous about doing his comprehensive examination so he can come up with a sound diagnosis.
He takes his time in explaining their conditions and go over the options for their treatment. He enjoys the trusting doctor/patient relationship, which helps relieve the stress they feel about seeing the dentist. All of his patients receive the affection and tenderness that he would expect for his family. His patients appreciate the conducive atmosphere to trust, which is very important with treatment acceptance and follow through.
Dr. Amante holds three fellowships in dentistry. He is a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and received this distinction in Baden-Baden, Germany. He is also a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry as well as the International Dental Implant Association.
Outside the office, Dr. Amante loves spending time with his wife Carolina and two boys, Sam and Danny. He also does volunteer work at the Care Center of the Willow Creek Community Church. Dr. Amante is an advocate of healthy living and being an avid marathoner; he has completed 65+ marathons to date. In 2017, one of his greatest achievements is running a marathon in all 50 states. He also accomplished completing the World Marathon Majors in 2019. When asked what his next goal is, his response is to do it a second time around and running a marathon in all seven continents, perhaps.
Dr. Singh completed her Bachelors Degree in Dental Sciences in India. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University Of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Singh enjoys all kinds of procedures in Dentistry, including Crowns, Bridges, Implants & Cosmetic dentistry, and feels comfortable treating patients of all ages. She strives to maintain a relaxing environment for her patients making sure that they understand everything they need to know. She believes that caring for her patients is the most important and rewarding part of her job. Her practice philosophy is to provide the highest quality treatment and care for her patients in a comprehensive and comfortable environment.

I highly recommend this dental office. Glen Amante is excellent Dentist. He has an amazing staff. I feel welcome and comfortable here. Dentist office not my favorite place to visit. I don't mind going here. They are very thorough in explaining everything they are doing at what you need to do.

Dr.Amante did a poor job crowning my tooth. I trusted him because my favorite hygienist started working with him. I expressed to him how the crown didn't fit right but he did not correct it. Rather he told me to get a 2nd opinion. So I did and that dentist said he did a poor job and offered to sand down the crown a bit so it would fit better. Four years later, the stupid tooth still feels like a bubble in my mouth. I still bite my tongue sometimes and I don't talk the same as I used to. My bite has not been right since then. I wish Dr. Amante would have acknowledged that the crown didn't fit right but I'm sure he didn't want to pay for a new one for me, so he blew me off instead. Dr. Amante sees people as dollars, not humans.

We chose Amante Dental Center because of the amazing reviews - and they were spot on. I brought my 2 y/o in for his first dentist appointment today. I was very nervous because my son can be difficult, but Dr.Amante and her assistant were so wonderful. Dr.Amante was thorough, gentle, and my son quickly stopped crying and relaxed. They even gave him a little toy car before we left, which he absolutely loved. And I was given a picture of us for his first dentist appointment, which I loved! Wonderful experience - we couldn't ask for more. Thank you!!

Absolutely love the staff. They are fun and professional. Im terrified of the dentist and for years avoided getting my teeth checked, until one day i had no choice but to go. Dr. Amante and his staff were awesome! Felt comfortable from beginning to end. They genuinely care about your experience. Definitely recommend checking them out.

I've been a long time patient of Amante Dental Center. I'm always impressed by how friendly and professional is the staff. Their level of care for each patient is superb. I highly recommend them! Please give them a try, I know for a fact that you won't be disappointed.

So I've been going to Dr. Amante for years now, and I can honestly say that he is the best dentist I have ever had. Today, I went to a different office because Amante was booked the rest of the year, and I was reminded of how good he is. His hands are amazing, and I never feel anything when he injects the anesthesia. I also went around and shadowed a bunch of dentists last year before grad school, and he was by far the most professional and most gentle. I'm never going to another office again, and I really hope he continues to be successful because he really works hard to make his patient's experience a good one! As for the hygienists, the are equally as polite and professional! I love both the hygenists I have seen at the office. They are extremely thorough and are very honest about how to better care for your teeth. Thanks to the entire staff for being amazing!

I give 1 star for a great hygienist this office has, for friendly staff, no issues regarding billing. But I can not recommend the office for the quality of dental work. We were patients of this office for several years, had fillings and several crowns done here. When we had to switch the dental provider due to insurance coverage, the new dentist remarked on poor quality of the new crowns. I then got additional independent opinion, and the 3rd dentist confirmed that some crowns done by Amante office were not done property. While Amante offered to re-do them at no cost, the attempts were not successful on the first try. Amante has plenty of good will, but that doesn't change the fact that the results of his work fail pretty soon, as verified by 2 other dentists. In the next 1-2 years all the fillings done by Amante had become loose in my children and myself, and had to be re-done elsewhere.

Dr. Amante and his staff are amazing!! He did amazing things to my own teeth and also to my son's, which required multiple implants. My son's teeth look amazing after working with Dr. Amante! My own teeth look amazing as well! Also, he did such a great job at complicated procedures - for me - a veneer, and for my son - several implants due to a genetic condition! His smile looks amazing and my own profile is perfect as well! Thank you Dr. Amante!!

Stacy did a great job in cleaning my teeth. She is very thorough, pointing out what I needed to do in brushing my teeth and offer positive suggestions to maintain clean teeth and prevent cavities. She is so friendly and great customer service. She is an asset to your clinic.

From the hygienist to the dentist outstanding care. Dr. Amante is very gentle to the touch. The office is fair in pricing . In fact they offered a special discount to those who do not have insurance. I will not go anywhere else !! Plus my daughter has special needs and they are outstanding with her !!
