I originally hail from southeastern Wisconsin (Go Pack!), growing up in a farming community about an hour west of Milwaukee. After high school, I made my way south to attend Purdue University. My undergraduate degree was in Neurobiology & Physiology. I also obtained my Masters degree in Biology from Purdue before attending dental school. Valuing a small, hands-on school, I practiced for a short while in North Carolina until my husband and I decided to finally move back to the Midwest. We have been living/working in the Northern Indianapolis Carmel area ever since. My husband works in corporate finance ( I will joke that I have no idea what he does!) and loves his job here in Indy. We welcomed our daughter Lilian last fall and are so proud to be her parents. She is a sweet little girl who loves to socialize, eat and absolutely detests brushing her teeth (ha, ironic!). Nick and I are proud to have made this area our home personally and professionally.

Growing up in the country in Wisconsin taught me a lot about life and people. My dad is a self-employed business owner who has an outstanding professional legacy in our area building barns for those in the immediate area and beyond. His work ethic, loyalty to his customers/friends and dedication to his family are the foothold in everything that I do. My mother is a recently retired nurse. She has worked at the V.A. for her entire career, never ceasing her commitment to her veterans. I admire her service to our countrys best over the years and hope to have a profound impact on my patients in the years to come. My parents are the reason I am here and the calling I have to serve others stems from them. I share this act of service with you all as we get to know each other.

Dentistry is such a rewarding profession because my staff and I get to treat/prevent disease, relieve pain, educate on oral health, maintain smiles and improve self-esteem. The absolutely most rewarding part of my job is getting to meet new people each day. Dont get me wrong, I love working with my hands, but I find the relationships I get to be involved with professionally is the best part of my work day. As I get to know you and your families, I will cherish that bond just as Dr. Jack has over the years. Thank you for welcoming me to the practice, I am excited to meet each and every one of you!

I grew up in Indianapolis and have lived here my whole life other than the 4 years I spent at IU in Bloomington. There I graduated with Honors, receiving a Bachelor of General Science with a Minor in Spanish in 2001.I decided to continue in Allied Health Science and got my Associates of Dental Hygiene at the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2003. While in school, I was selected by my professors to serve on the Admissions Board and was elected a member of Sigma Phi Alpha National Dental Hygiene Honor Society. I returned to the classroom in 2012 to receive my Local Anesthesia Licensure. I am a proud member of the American Dental Hygienists Association.

I was thrilled to be offered a full-time position here 2 years ago. I have enjoyed getting to know the patients and am blessed to say I have always loved my job!I try my best to make your visit pleasant (its my goal to make you laugh at least once!) and keep you informed along the way!

My husband, Kevin and I have been married for 16 years. We live in Broadripple with our 3 kiddos (two daughters and a son) ages 12, 10, and 7. They keep us on our toes with various sports and clubs. I also coach the Cheerleading Squad at my kids school. Our German Shepherd, Iggy, and our flock of 9 backyard chickens, complete our family!

When I have free time, I love riding my bike on the Monon trail, walking, and I adore reading. I also enjoy a good Lip Sync Battle!I look forward to meeting you if I havent already. Dont forget to floss!

Hello! Im your friendly dental assistant! I graduated from Walker Career Center in 1989 and went to South Bend Dental Arts to practice expanded duties. I really enjoy helping my patients create beautiful smiles. This career has allowed me to keep in touch with my artistic side, because smile design is definitely an art. I have been helping put smiles on patients faces for over 20 years here! Together, we have made a lot of people very happy and confident with their new dental makeovers. One day, Id love to have given every single patient in our practice the beautiful smile they deserve! Our office has become a second home to me and my co-workers and patients are like a second family, whom I love seeing every day.

My job keeps me very busy, but my home life keeps me hopping! My family consists of my 4 children. Aubrielle, Carlienna, Jeston, Shanye, and step children Haley and Lauren. I am recently married the love of my life, Mike, who has 3 children Alex, Cheyenne and Brady. Put these all together and Ive got one happy, hectic home! Dare I even mention our dogs, Sissy, Amethyst and Russel?! Our family enjoys the outdoors and camping.

I have been seeing Dr. Maize for what I believe is about 7 years now. When I found out she started her own practice I went to work on trying to locate her and sure enough I found her. Her office staff got me in next day and are the easiest people to work with. I HATE needles and really everything about the dentist but Dr. Maize always puts me to shame because by the time I always leave I had no pain or no discomfort. If you want a gentle and caring dentist then I would only recommend one person. THANK YOU DR. MAIZE!

Both my hygienist, Abby, and Dr Amanda were very nice and good at keeping me in the loop. Truly, I've never had such a pleasant experience at the dentist. The office is also doing a good job making a visit to the dentist feel as safe as possible during the global pandemic.
