One of the most incompetent doctors I have ever come across - as others have said, beware of making an appointment with her. I had two fillings done here - both felt horrible and I still have the same pain which increased more than thousand times after her terrible treatment. Choosing Alyssa remains one of the worst mistakes of my life!

She might be ok for an easy general cleaning or filling but certainly nothing cosmetic.

Dr. Berstein have always made herself available to me and my family when necessary. The staff in her office are the best. They are polite, accommodating, and offers the best customer service ever. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Berstein have always made herself available to me and my family when necessary. The staff in her office are the best. They are polite, accommodating, and offers the best customer service ever. I would recommend her to anyone.

Everyone here is personable, friendly, gentle. They will make sure you are numb and not in a lot of pain. If they do have to cause pain (I had to get a lot of injections) you are given as much time as you need to recover and stabilize. They will teach you how to take better care of your teeth. The office is clean, bright, and in an excellent location that is easy to access, with a lot of street parking. The chairs are comfortable. The lights overhead aren't too bright. Highly recommended practice. A few of the very good experiences I have had here: - I broke a tooth and Dr. B saw me the same day. - My SO doesn't have dental insurance. He had a recurring abscess that was extremely painful. Dr. B fixed it in one visit and the charges were very reasonable even without insurance. - I came in with bad teeth and they worked with me to fix the important problems first. My care was structured in a way that I could handle with my insurance and finances.

This is the worst dental service I've ever had, drill way too deep into my tooth that wasn't hurting now I'm getting a root canal because of it.

Dr. Bernstein and her team are beyond excellent and always willing to go the extra mile! Appointments are taken right on time. Entire staff is friendly. My whole family has been going there for about 2 years now and we have never had an issue. Stephanie at the front desk is amazing at taking care of all your insurance needs. I highly recommend this dentist office!

I had three fillings done here - all of which felt horrible after and I have to go back about four times to "fix my bite". I am still suffering from the same pain I had felt originally and my filings so so sensitive which is not normal for me and i have never had fillings be sensitive after the work was done. I used all of my dental insurance money on her terrible service. I am going to request a copy of my billing records to make sure she didn't bill for all the times she was supposed to be "fixing" HER MISTAKES. She recommended that I fill a minor cavity which has been the root of my troubles. There was literally no issue with the tooth before she touched it. Now I know for sure, NEVER take a dentist's advice (especially Alyssa Bernstein's) without getting a second opinion. I have gotten better care from nonprofit dental clinics; which makes sense because all this dentist is after is a profit. Now I know why they send text alerts - to make sure they don't miss a chance to make money. I would be happy to pay the money if I was getting decent dental service. She barely spent any time with me even though I had to get multiple fillings done - I think she was with my for 15 minutes to fill two teeth and was talking the whole time. I read a review on another site that said she stills way too deep for minor cavities which is true from my experience. I'm afraid that i am going to have to get a ROOT CANAL as a result of her poor dentistry. Also, I was told I need to pay my bill before I was given a copy of my dental records, which I am fairly certain is not legal. Beware of making an appointment here out of desperation or not being able to get one elsewhere. There's a reason they have appointments available.
