He has been an indispensable addition to the practice over these years and has played a prominent role in the growth of the practice. Dr. Pecora has a MS in micro-biology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a graduate of the University of Illinois of Chicago School of Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Chicago Dental Society (CDS), and the Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS).

One of her lifelong passions in health is treating patients who suffer from snoring habits and sleep apnea. As a member of the AADSM (American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine), she uses oral appliances to help her patients achieve a healthier and more restful sleep.
Dr. Langner lives in Glen Ellyn with her wonderful husband, Tom, and their three active sons. She enjoys listening to music, going to movies, swimming, boating, and especially spending time with their family.
Dr. Langner has a bachelor of biological science degree and a minor in chemistry from Northern Illinois University. She is a graduate from the University of Illinois Dental School. Dr. Langner is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Chicago Dental Society (CDS), Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS), and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM).
Dr. Zaremba has been practicing dentistry with Always Great Smiles since his graduation from dental school in 2001. During this time, he has demonstrated a warm, caring demeanor toward his patients with meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of dental care. He immediately became a perfect fit in the practice.
Dr. Zaremba was raised in St. Charles, Illinois. He is married to his lovely wife, Kelli. Together they have two beautiful children, Adelin and Grant. They currently reside in Wheaton. Dr. Zaremba enjoys playing music, specifically the guitar, playing and watching sports, fishing, boating, traveling, and doing home improvement projects.
Dr. Zaremba earned his bachelors degree in biology from the University of Illinois where he minored in chemistry. He earned his DDS from the University of Illinois, Chicago Dental School and is currently a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Chicago Dental Society (CDS), and the Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS).
Janet, seen here as the 'Tooth Fairy' has been with Always Great Smiles since 1994. Her warm, welcoming demeanor along with her meticulous attention to detail are some of the many reasons patients love her. Janet specializes in patients with periodontal disease and is certified in nitrous oxide administering.
When Janet is not busy helping patients with their oral health, she can be found spending time with her husband Ray, seven children, and their 20+ grandchildren! Janet also volunteers at several local charities and enjoys reading, sewing, and the outdoors.
Heidi loves that over time she has become friends with her patients and looks forward to seeing them and their families. She likes to treat them like she would want to be treated, with respect. She says if she could change her career as a hygienist, she would not. She would choose to be a hygienist all over again and loves it!
She has been married to her husband Geoff for 23 years and has three kids. Garrett is 19, Jerred is 17, and Mallorie is 15. She enjoys reading, bowling and going to watch her kids play their sports and activities in her spare time.
Nikki has been working at Always Great Smiles since 2013 and has been a dental hygienist since 2011. She enjoys meeting new patients, making them feel comfortable and creating friendships while educating them on their whole health. Her friendliness and caring nature are what sets her apart.
Nikki grew up in the area and enjoys spending time with her husband and two young boys. They are often found on baseball fields or surrounding hiking trails most weekends with their Australian Cattle dog Poppy.

I've been a patient of Dr. Z for 10+ years. He's the best! He listens, cares and treats me like family! Nikki is a wonderful Hygienist! She always makes me feel at home and we have some giggles too! I've been going to her for years! I love Always Great Smiles!

I can't recommend Always Great Smiles enough. They are knowledgeable, thorough, careful, gentle. The work they do with children is amazing too. If you are nervous to go to a dentist this is the dentist for you!

Dr Z. is great. If your looking for a new dentist don't hesitate. Clean office, friendly staff. Both my wife and I have been coming here for several years now and I No longer need to shop around to find a good dentist.

Absolutely horrible business. All they care about is money. They have forged elderly patients checks, and required more expensive treatments to older patients. The doctors are completely manipulative and can be heard talking horribly about the patients after appointments, they also have changed paperwork to make additional charges in patients accounts. Nicole Moore is the worst office manager and abuses her employees, when they report, they push them out/fire them. Really disappointed with this business, been a patient for 20 years. Go to any other dentist in Glen Ellyn, I promise you will save money and you won't have to check your bank statements every month for fraudulent charges.

I have been a patient of this practice for many years. If you are searching for a great dentist and experience you need not look any further, the staff at Always Great Smiles are fantastic. They were already extremely thoughtful in their amenities and have continued to show their commitment to patient and staff safety given COVID protocols. From my pre entry screening to the streamlined arrival handling, I could not have felt more safe in their office. I saw Anna as my hygienist and Dr. Zaremba for my evaluation last night. They were both a pleasure to chat with as usual and professional with their delivery of a thorough semi annual service. It's a dental experience and interaction I actually look forward to every 6 months!

Dr. Zaremba has been taking care of my family and I since we moved back to Glen Ellyn. His staff takes great care of us and he is always super nice and explains what is going on so you can understand it. 100% recommend Always Great Smiles to anyone in need of a great dentist office.
