This dentist was completely unprofessional and wanted to refer us out since our first appointment. My son needs a lot of work done. And because we're insured through the state I feel he didn't want to treat us from the door. He said he didn't feel comfortable administering my son Novocain. Meanwhile my son was fine with it. Again he's been trying to get rid of us. The support staff was kind and helpful. The dentist, not so much,

One of the very few places that accept my insurance. The staff is very welcoming and they got me in on time, did great work and referred me to the proper place to have my needed work completed. Also very reasonable prices for what isn't covered by the insurance company.....

From the second I stepped through the door, I was treated like I was an old friend who just came back into town. The woman at the front desk was phenomenal and couldn't of made the process smoother (I wish I had gotten her name). Jill my hygienist was so thorough and answered all my questions and then some. Dr. Nguyen was great to talk with and I am beyond satisfied with my pick for a new dentist. The team at Always Dental is phenomenal!!

Very caring, polite and professional staff here. I am very happy with the care I received. The dentist takes the time to answer any questions you may have. A very well run office. I highly recommend this dental practice .

First time visit today, because of Emergency and severe pain and sensitivity with damaged teeth, roots and nerves. Took me right away. Began Meds. I suffer Panic Attacks with dental work and just having to go see many dentists throughout my life. Even though I'm getting all my Teeth Extracted ASAP then, Dentures in 6 months after healing, I'm relieved I won't suffer anymore with my Teeth. I must say, that Dr. Nguyen and Everyone who works with him is concerned and understanding. Calmed my Fears from the jump-start. Made sure we all were on the same page to get me the best Medical care to bring relief and results. Office is in a very nice location and is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Nguyen, Truong in Oaks, Pa.

Rita was extremely rude to me it's a shame how customers/patients of color get treated in the medical world. While I called trying to reschedule my appointment I let her know an emergency came up which I really didn't have to tell her but she cut me off and said "A LOT OF PEOPLE SAY THAT" extremely rude and offensive as if I was lying she later said there would be a charge which is totally understandable I work in an establishment where people are charged for not showing up to their scheduled appointments if she started with that I would have understood but instead she decided to be unprofessional and rude and then when I asked her her name she said "Rita, I'm the business manager!" As if I asked what her position was I'm sure she worked reeeeaaallyyy hard to get in that spot seeing how professional she was clearly there are close relationships which is why she's probably able to be that rude in her position. I'm hoping whatever she has going on at home gets resolved I don't know maybe menopause or relationship issues. Im praying for that woman. If you want someone to be accommodating and to have a comfortable relationship with you dentist do not come here. On top of that they messed up my root canal and I had to get referred to a specialist!

Dr Nguyen is the best dentist I have ever had the privilege of going to. He extracted a tooth on one occasion and all I felt was the novocaine shot. It was out in minutes. His staff are the nicest people ever. I wish I could name them all but I only know Holly and Rita. The entire staff are organized and efficient.
