The Center's team is awesome, professional, and very friendly. Went out of their way to help us! Thank you so very much. Special thanks to King !!! She gave us the most professional customer support - surpassing that to customer delight!!! Although super busy with appointments, she took the time to ensure that my husband got his denture impressions. An awesome professional and consummate customer focused person. Highly recommend this Center for your dental needs.

They do not deserve any stars, but you have to give at least one. Do NOT go here!!! They will talk you into having work done, by them, when they should refer you to an oral surgeon. They do not have a licensed hygienist in the office. The office manager "King" is seeing patients and is portraying herself as the hygienist. When called out for that, she claims to be an RDA, and can assist the dentist. The dentist was never in the room, with my mother in law, when she went in for follow ups, except to drop of pr4escriptions that "King" said she needed. No one has returned my phone calls, to discuss a refund of the funds they received from the dental finance company. A formal complaint, with all of the details has been filed with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners

From the opening door there was a warm friendly greeting with a smile, everyone very nice and treat you as a person. King was awesome with me during my visit and was very gentle with X-ray machine. She answered any question I asked if she didn't know she found out for me. The dentist was great also very down to earth. This will most likely be my new dentist.. great group at church his office.

Seriously, the best dentistry in Lufkin for sure! I say that because every single person in there was absolutely amazing with me. They made sure to accommodate me to ensure I was in as little pain as possible and made sure to help me find be best solution to lead me to my perfect smile! #THEBEST

I always put off going to the dentist because of a bad experience in the past. This team of people helped to put me at ease. They are very personable and I greatly appreciate that. King sat down with me and explained my options. She is an awesome asset to the team. Now I don't dread going back as much as I thought I would. She went out of her way to make me comfortable and I really appreciate it. ****Had to go in for a partial fitting and King went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and knew how to take care of it before I left. She is a great person and very knowledgeable.

Dr. G extracted a molar and together with Trish helped put in a bridge. It turned out great. They also helped with financing.

I had a bridge placed by Dr. Gochnour approximately 2 years prior and it broke, no reason, eating an apple and it broke. Called for an appointment and they scheduled me for the following week. They called and rescheduled my appointment due to the dentist being out, things happen, no biggie. I'm in route to my rescheduled appointment when I get a text stating it has been rescheduled for later that day, no call. I arrive at my originally scheduled time since I was almost there and I wait for over an hour but again, things happen. During this time the office manager comes out and states I have an outstanding balance of around $425. I informed them that I had paid in full at time of service before they would place bridge and I had received no further communication from them, even during follow up. They then admitted that there had been financial irregularities with prior management and nothing else was said. Again, things happen. I go to the back, have the bridge reset, they know it's not completely right because Dr. Gochnour is unable to pass floss between my teeth where I could easily floss before. I am instructed to call if I have any difficulties and discharged. I get home, I'm eating dinner and the bridge again falls out. This was Thursday, I call back on Monday, the next day they were open, and am scheduled for Thursday. I arrive and I am told that there will be a $175 charge to re-cement the tooth. My response was no, I was just here and paid $50 to have it done and told to come back if it didn't hold. They stated they would ask the Dr and a short time later I was escorted to the treatment area. Dr. Gochnour came in, examined my tooth, tells me there will be a charge, same as last time. I reluctantly agreed to the repeat $50 charge because I like to eat and I need teeth to do so. She takes the bridge to clean it and the office manager sends the tech in to tell me there would be a $175 charge to re-cement the bridge that they had done one week before. I explained that Dr Gochnour had just started it would be the same charge. They stated it would be $175 if I wished to proceed because insurance would not pay for the same thing to be done again. I expressed that I should not have to pay for the same thing to be done again either and I certainly was not going to pay almost four times as much. This clinic does not stand behind their work and is interested only in generating more revenue. I do not recommend them.

I got fillings done here maybe 3 months ago and I literally left with holes in my teeth. Nothing was done right and my teeth still aren't fully fixed. I won't be coming back.

The Office Manager King is amazing she truly goes beyond her job description to help patients especially financially, the office is very professional, clean, and super friendly. They make you feel like you aren't even in a dental office! I highly recommend them!!! If you are looking for a practice that takes care of you the right way this is the office for you.

I was very thankful that they took care of my took quickly and very affordable. I had went through a bad experience at Aspen Dental. But affordable dental took very good care of me. King the manager came in an talked with me . And they were all very friendly and considerate. I recommend Affordable dental to all my family and friends . Thank you for fixing my smile

These guys do an amazing job! I had a deep cleaning and it was so amazing how it didn't hurt at all and my teeth felt so much better afterwards! King did a wonderful job of bending over backwards to get me in there and get my stuff done, she really went above and beyond. I'm a pretty difficult guy to please but these guys did wonderful and I would definitely recommend them to anybody and twice to my grandma on Sunday!

The people are very friendly and have a way of making you comfortable. King is awesome. She will sit down and go over your options with you and explains everything- all in a great personality. I dislike going to the dentist (because of bad experiences in the past), but this team makes it bearable.
