Dr. Thakkar received his bachelors degree in Computer Science from Chicago, Illinois in 2005. He then moved to Boston to attend Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. During his senior year of dental school, he was honored to serve the veterans at the VA hospital in Togus, Maine. He graduated from dental school in 2009 and had an opportunity to help the underserved population in the south of Chicago for two years. He finally deiced to move to Texas in 2011 because he fell in love with the warm weather and warm-hearted people of Texas.
Dr. Thakkar has been practicing dentistry for over seven years and is committed to keeping up with the latest advances in modern dentistry. He completes many times the required number of continuing education hours every year. He genuinely believes every patient should be treated as one of his family members. He is passionate about dentistry and loves helping his patients improve their smiles and quality of life. Dr. Thakkar is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Texas Dental Association. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelly, and son, Yash when he is away from doing dentistry.

My daughter was very comfortable with the dentist. He explained everything and gave us multiple options to go from. He listened to my concerns. The appointment was just for a new patient and they ended up pulling a tooth and doing a cleaning. I was very impressed. Office staff kept us up to date also on how many patients were ahead of her! I will be going here myself and telling my family and friends to go if they need anything!

I am impressed with Dr Jindal very perfessional and honestly the best dentist i have ever been to.This was my second visit to him for extractions.The staff is very efficent and friendly,i love the whole staff.

They have canceled two of my appointments over the last two years. Now lol infer offering Saturdays and no longer offering evening appointments. Very basic office, nothing extra to make me work with their new scheduling issues. The dentists do not floss my teeth after cleanings, everywhere else does. Have had to wait almost two hours for basic cleaning and checkups before. Will not return.

After attempting to call and book an appt, was greeted with voicemail, unable to secure an appt useing this method,at 2pm in the afternoon, I saw they had online appt scheduling available, so I went online at 2:22pm, and after about an hour and twenty minutes later, still unsure if I even have an Appt scheduled. If you are like me, and need a definite appt time to fit your own schedule, I wouldn't recommend this dentist, the staff is oblivious to the patient needs, and incapable of scheduling an appt online or over the phone in a reasonable amount of time. And still unsure if there is an appt or not.

Dr. Jindal was very thorough did an excellent job. I was very pleased that they were able to stay late and take care of my issues. He didn't make me cuss which was nice.
