After receiving her DDS with highest honors from Ohio State University, Dr. Alvetro completed her residency at Case Western Reserve University, where she is now an Associate Clinical Professor teaching Practice Management. Dr. Alvetro continues to study and train her staff to stay current in the latest developments in the field of orthodontics. Her dedication to the profession has led Dr. Alvetro to become an advocate for 3M Unitek Corporation, for whom she lectures extensively throughout the United States and abroad sharing her experience and expertise.
Dr. Alvetro and her husband, Tom Rossman, reside in Sidney, Ohio. They have three children; Kathryn, Michael, David, and their 4th child, Sonja. Sonja lived with the family as a German exchange student her senior year, and decided to stay in the area! Along with family involvement, Dr. Alvetro is also a board member of and participates in many community organizations.
Darla lives in Sidney with her husband, Jon. They have 2 daughters; Alexandra and Kelsey. Kelsey and her husband Adam have a new baby girl, Evie. Darla has been working with Dr. Alvetro since 1993 as a Clinical Coordinator/Assistant. She tracks bonding efficiency and maintains inventory for our Sidney location. She also helps with fielding any after hours emergency phone calls. She participates in many office action teams such as External Marketing, In-Office Course, Facility, Visitor Hospitality and Grievance. She is a DANB certified orthodontic assistant, as well as certified in X-ray, coronal polishing and CPR. Darla has the distinction of having an article published in 3MUnitek's Orthodontic Perspective 2002 Vol. 9 Winning combinations. She has also been on several trips with Dr. Alvetro to the St. Jude's Dental Clinic in St. Lucia and also helped with renovating the Samaritan Works Serenity House. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, reading, baking, road trips, camp fires, landscaping and remodeling projects, and most of all, spending time with her granddaughter!
Amy lives in Sidney with her husband, Joe, and their 5 children; Christopher, Lani, Lexie, Camdyn and Chase. They also have 2 dogs, Wesley and Willow, and a cat named Gizmo! Amy has been working with Dr. Alvetro since 2000 and is a Treatment Coordinator. Amy participates in many office action teams, such as Internal/External Marketing, Visitor Hospitality and Grievance. She also helps with the Samaritan Works/Horizon House projects. She is certified in X-ray and CPR. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, various activities at her church and youth groups, sporting events with her children and giving back to her community.
Michelle lives in Piqua with her husband, Marty. They have three daughters; Jordan (Austin), Casie, and Cydnie. She is also a proud grandma to her grandson, Grayson! Michelle joined Alvetro Orthodontics in 2013 and is a Treatment Coordinator and Clinical Assistant. She also coordinates any office sponsorship opportunities in the Piqua area. Michelle also helps with fielding any after hours emergency phone calls She is certified in X-Ray and CPR. Michelle serves on many action teams in the office, such as External Marketing, In-Office Course, Facility and Digital Integration. She has been on several humanitarian trips to the St. Jude's Dental Clinic in St. Lucia with Dr. Alvetro. In her free time, Michelle enjoys camping, fishing, boating and shooting guns.
Leighann lives in Sidney with her husband Matt, her mother in law Christie, their dog Moshe, and their cats Smokes and Chirp. Leighann joined Alvetro Orthodontics in 2004 and is a Clinical Assistant. She is DANB and AOAC certified, as well as certified in X-ray, CPR, first aid, and coronal polishing. Leighann helps coordinate university research projects by utilizing Dr. Alvetro's records and helps prepare lecture materials for Dr. Alvetro's many presentations. Leighann also helps out by scanning, 3D printing, and managing our office's Twitter page. She participates in many action teams in the office, such as Social Media, Digital Integration and In-Office Course. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, pets, and friends, watching her husband's musical performances, and traveling.
Brenda lives in Sidney with her husband, Harold, and their dog, Rylie. They have three sons; Andy, Brendan (married to Frannie) and Caleb. Brenda joined Alvetro Orthodontics in 2019 and is a Clinical Assistant and Lab Technician. She is SOA and AOAC certified, and also certifiedin X-Ray, CPR, and First Aid. Brenda is active on the In-Office Course and External Marketing action teams. In her free time, Brenda enjoys spending time with her family, participating in various activities with her church, going on walks and gardening.
Libbey lives in Piqua. She has 2 horses; Xena and Darby, and 4 dogs; Gunner, Roxy, Murphy and Fynn. She joined Alvetro Orthodontics in 2018 and is a Clinical Assistant. She is certified in X-Ray, CPR, and first aid. Libbey is on the Social Media and In-Office Course action teams. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors and competing at local shows with her horses.
Patricia is originally from New Mexico, but now lives in Jackson Center with her husband, Dustin, their daughter, Paige, and their golden retriever, Rambo. She joined Alvetro Orthodontics in 2019 and is a Clinical Assistant. She alsoassists in our 3D print lab, printing models for appliances, retainers, indirect bonding trays, and more!Patricia is a Registered Dental Assistant and is also certified in x-ray and CPR. Patricia is on the Digital Integration and Special Projects action teams. In her free time, she enjoys hunting, shooting guns, working out, running, hiking, spending time with family and friends and watching sports.
Amy lives in Sidney with her husband, Tony. They have two daughters; Abby and Annie, a dog, Lily, and a cat, named Little Grey. Amy joined Alvetro Orthodontics in 2019 as a Scheduling Coordinator and Financial Coordinator. She serves on the In-Office Course and Internal Marketing action teams. In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her family (especially at the beach!), arts/theatre, watching Broadway musicals and singing songs/playing card games with her family.
Lindsay lives in Sidney with her husband, Dustin, and their 5 children; Cayden, Caylee, Carsen, Camryn and Bella. She also has two dogs, Remi & Reesie. She joined Alvetro Orthodontics in 2020 as a Scheduling Coordinator. Lindsay serves on the internal marketing action team. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family & shopping.
Lindsey lives in North Star with her two younger brothers and their dog, Archee. She joined Alvetro Orthodontics in 2020 as a Clinical Assistant. She also is a part-time Treatment Coordinator. Lindsey is a Certified Ohio Dental Assistant, Specialized Orthodontic Assistant, as well as certified in x-ray, CPR, and first-aid. In her free time, Lindsey enjoys playing the ukulele, baking, lifting, and hanging out with her boyfriend, Cole.
Crystalives in Sidney with her husband, Jake, their daughters, Penelope and Phoebe, and their dogs, Taco and Lizard. Crysta joined Alvetro Orthodontics in 2021 as a Scanning and Sterilization technician, and is now a Clinical Assistant as well. She is certified in X-Ray, CPR, and first aid. In her free time, she enjoys embroidery, painting, playing video games, and playing with her daughters.
Hannahlives with her family and her dog, Charlie, splitting her time between Arcanum and Dayton. She joined Alvetro Orthodontics in 2021 as a Clinical Assistant and is certified in X-Ray, CPR, and first aid. In her free time, Hannah enjoys watching movies, especially documentaries, and going to concerts.
FrannieLives in Sidney with her husband, Brendan, and their dogs, Ziggy and Solvi. Frannie joined Alvetro Orthodontics in 2021 as a Digital Technician. In her spare time she enjoys playing with her dogs, coaching Fairlawn Girl's basketball, and doing anything outdoors - hiking, fishing, hunting, and playing sports.
