I give this place a poor rating because as I told the front desk I was looking for my dentist, I was informed my dentist I scheduled an appointment with was not even there and had left for the day. They had also told me my insurance didn't get approved and felt no need to call me in advance. Extremely unprofessional. They only informed me of all of this AS I arrived. A complete inconvenience. Also, not welcoming whatsoever.

My mentally challenged, non verbal, Autistic son has been going to Altus for many years. I am proud to say that this office has been exceptionally professional, compassionate, respectful and by all means has accommodated my sons needs. The front office staff has always been so kind and welcoming. The Back office staff is absolutely amazing. Not once in all my sons years of going to Altus , have he or I ever had a bad experience. My son is now 20 and still receives the best quality care. I can't thank them enough.

The staff here are kind, professional and courteous. We have been coming to Altus dental for a few years now, and I couldn't be any more happy with the service they provide my kids. Sandra and Crystal go above an beyond to make sure we are always well taken care of!!
