DO NOT GO HERE. By far the most traumatizing dental experience of my life. I had to get 4 wisdom teeth removed. Instead of giving me anesthesia they were more interested in pushing me out of the office so they could get out of work early. They had me leave within 5 mins of the stiches being in. They never followed up with me for getting a check up and forced me to be fully awake through the whole thing even though I requested otherwise. Complete negligence from everyone in office DO NOT GO HERE.

The room and the machines that they use to do xrays and are extremely clean and sanitary.

I highly recommend Altus. I was referred to their office by my primary dentist and had a great visit! I found street parking, the office was clean, and all the staff were super friendly. They were also able to schedule me in a timely manner.

Very friendly staff, not judgmental or rude or trying to make you feel bad about anything, also not pushy to make you do more than you want! Clean & comfortable interior. On the lower side for prices (although not cheap) if your insurance doesn't cover what you need, or if you don't have insurance. I looked around at pricing and they were comparable to other locations or a tad lower. Would definitely recommend! :)

All of the staff, Normandie, Estella, Roman and Kathy truly cared about me. Knowing that I am the sole caregiver for my mother with Alzheimer's they made extra effort working to insure the root canal that I needed was authorized. Dr. Dayan is a true specialist in her field. She is a skilled and talented doctor who finds beauty in her craft. The procedure was quick and easy. My pain disappeared. When it was over, I saw the final x-ray of my tooth. It looked like a work of art. The roots were thoroughly cleaned and preserved revealing beautiful curved lines of white. Thank you. Sincerely, Joel Rosen

Dr. Dizon really cares about her patients. She is genuine and thorough in her work. The office is always clean. Staff are welcoming. Estella did a great job in working quickly with the x-rays. They accept Healthnet.

Update May 29th still no call I left messages! Update! April 26,2022 I am doing an edit. Ok everyone I have been waiting for a while for my root canal my son was good. I am still waiting for them to call me back its been 2-3 weeks now! I dont want to be in any pain. I have called the dental place once a week to leave my name & phone # They have there calls ent to a call center. I will update you guys on if they call back. I have 3.1 million views. I take google reviews very seriously.

Amazing! I was nervous because I was getting a root canal, but Normandie was so great! Dr. M did an amazing job and I had barely any pain. Thank you!

Staff was kind and patient! I would recommend; they were kind during appointments. Emphasis was placed of patient health as during follow-up, questions on the progress of potential problems were asked.

the worst dental experience i have ever had. Staff is great, dentist is rude as ever. Treated me for a extraction, couldn't get the tooth out, was very rude about it. he made me feel less because of my insurance , yelled at me while i was in pain and told me i can go to the hospital across town because of my insurance, while my tooth was half way out and gum split wide open . just all around rude and horrible, traumatizing experience. dont go here.
