I have never been to a dentist that they don't show you your X-rays and they didn't give me a copy of the paper of the charges to fix my teeth. I never seen where the Dentist is the one who cleans your teeth not a hygienists just strange to me

My son and I have been coming to this office since we moved here in 2017. Dr. Khan is the best dentist with the best bed side manner. I used to have the biggest fear of the dentist, but since coming here I can say I look forward to my visits. If you want a dentist that truly cares about their patients. THIS IS THE OFFICE!

This place is AWESOME! I needed to make a change from my old dentist and found this office. I loved the staff, so friendly and inviting. The Dentist was so gentle and kind. Answered all my questions and eased my anxiety. The assistant handed me the remote to the tv that was in my room while I waited, so nice! Would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family. Give them a try, you will not regret!!

First time I went they pulled one of my teeth out. Sent me home with only ibuprofen and was supposed to send a pain med to the pharmacy but they didn't because they don't have the set up. 4 days after the tooth was pulled still in pain and still can't eat and they can't do nothing.

We were told my 8 year old needed 2 crowns, so I took him for a second opinion at a board certified PEDIATRIC only dentistry center (I did not disclose any information to them about him needing the crowns) turned out he didn't need any, he only needs 2 fillings. After I showed them the treatment plan that Altus gave me, they were shocked because he was no where near in NEED of any crowns.

I've been coming to this office for dental visits the past few years and my last 2 visits for myself and my children have been the worst! The staff has changed and they are so unprofessional. The first thing you learn in any health professional school is professionalism and diversity. These people lack both!! The so called dentist Karla Apodaca will hold conversations about her personal life with the hygienist in Spanish while she is performing procedures in your mouth. Thank God I understand Spanish. She is then rough and when you ask any questions she becomes hostile and aggressive with major attitude because she can't make that quick dollar off you. I took my son a couple days ago and she told me my son needed a filling on his front tooth. When I asked her if putting a filling on wouldn't just break off because it was on the front of the tooth she got really disrespectful and raised her voice at me. I wouldn't refer Altus dental to a dog. PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO FOR ANY DENTAL PROCEDURES!!!

Amazing dentist. Dr Poorang was quick and painless very friendly and helpful to boot and the rest of the staff was very polite overall an excellent experience best ive had at any dentist office

Dr. KHAN was amazing with my child she definitely made her feel comfortable enough to get her procedure done, mostly when my child was beyond nervous... I would definitely recommend her and also continue going to her for my children for any future dental appointments.

I received a call 30 minutes before my appointment (10am) that the insurance company had not approved the pre-authorization. The insurance company informed me that the pre-authorization was never sent in. Turns out the dentist office submitted it to the insurance company the MORNING OF THE APPOINTMENT. Talk about unprofessional.

I came in with toothache and Dr. Kahn and Latasha took a lot of measures to make sure that the issue was resolved. Dr Kahn was very informative and made sure I understood everything. The ladies in the front were very pleasant and nice as well. I am looking forward to getting my exam and cleanings done here.
