Amazing office. The whole staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Ricketts was incredibly knowledgeable and took great care of my tooth. Although I hope to not need another procedure in the future, I would absolutely return to them!

Altitude is the best in the business! Going there for a treatment from Dr. Ricketts is almost enjoyable. The only thing I would change is your location. Aurora is a very inconvenient place to go. I'd like to see something more south.

Dr. Ricketts and his staff are amazing. I have been met with nothing but kindness. Dr. Ricketts takes time to explain to me every step of the procedure and is available after hours for advice and support. Even if I move in the future I will return to his practice. Thank you all for all you have done to make me feel safe.

Professionalism reigns supreme at Altitude! The staff and Dr. Ricketts are all amazing. Root canals are never fun but they made it easy and pain free while explaining every step taken and frequently checking to ensure I was comfortable. I highly recommend Altitude!

Great experience for the most part! Staff and endodonist were amazing and kind. So professional and attentive! Gorgeous facilities. My only disappointment was the cost, over $400. I spent more on this appointment to not get much done except a fancy 3D xray (which I guess I didn't really need now that the tooth is gone) than I did to actually get the tooth extracted elsewhere ($75) or at my first appointment at my own dentist.

I was referred here by my great dentist when I needed a root canal. I am not a fan of tooth work so I was not thrilled to go in, but at the end of the experience, it could not have gone better. When you arrive , they explain how the procedure will work. Dr. Ricketts was professional, meticulous and patient. It turns out I had something rare like a triple root and he was able to navigate it successfully with minimal pain. A few weeks later, they even gave me some tickets to a movie. The price was reasonable and if I ever have the misfortune of needing another root canal, I would go here without hesitation.

Dr. Ricketts and his team are exceptional! My daughter had to have a root canal and internal bleaching done on her front tooth, and Dr. Ricketts and his team did an amazing job, from making her feel comfortable through every appointment, to making sure the result she wanted was gained. We are so happy to have been treated at this office and we will definitely be referring anyone we know to them!

Always a great experience! Dr.Ricketts and his entire staff are friendly, professional and caring. If you must see an endodontist, this is the one you want to see!
