I studied dentistry in Cuba, so when I came to the United States, I decided to follow my dream to be a dentist in this country. Treating patients and promoting oral health is one of the things that I enjoy the most.

Dr. Ramos earned her undergraduate degree from University of Medical Sciences, Pinar del Rio, Cuba. She then went to University of Puerto Rico, School of Dental Medicine and graduated in 2021. Dr. Ramos is also trained in facial Rejuvenation with Botulinum Toxin and HA Fillers. She earned a student award of merit from American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry and earned The Quintessence Award of Clinical Achievement in Restorative Dentistry.

Dr. Ramos has special interest in prosthodontic, aesthetic dentistry, dental implants and general dentistry. Being well versed in many areas allows her to share her expertise with her teammates and patients every day.

I enjoy dentistry because I love transforming basic things into art. Also, I enjoy caring for my patients and helping them develop confidence in our work and team. I care about people and they deserve to have the best medical attention. Giving the patients a reason to smile is the best award for a dentist.

Playing the guitar, reading, crochet, party decorations and dancing are some of the things that Dr. Ramos enjoys in her free time. She loves visiting new places and traveling. Her family owns a Cuban restaurant and she enjoys doing her part and helping them with their business. Spending time with her friends and family are important to her.

Dr. Ramos loves being part of a team and she is always striving to be a better dentist. She has deep Cuban roots which is a large part of who she is. Speaking Spanish is one of the strengths she brings to our team.

Dr. Brigitte Corredor attended school in Venezuela, Universidad Jose Antonio Paez. She then went on to Universidad Catolica Argentina OMFS / AEGD, which led her to Florida Dental Institute Community Smiles. Dr. Corredor is committed to her patients and having the education and training to do what is best for them. One of her professional interests is Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

I enjoy helping patients with their needs and being able to change their life quality, whether it is getting them out of pain or helping them to be able to chew properly again. Ever since I was eight years old, I always felt attracted to the dental world and found the dental office fascinating. Later, facial esthetics became my top interest, which is why I did OMFS training.

When Dr. Corredor is not in the office creating beautiful smiles, she enjoys horseback riding/jumping, and running at the beach. Spending time at home with her pets and family are important to her. Dr. Corredor also speaks multiple languages, one being Spanish. She is currently learning Serbian.

Dr. Dahms, is committed to ongoing education, training, and professional memberships. He has a strong interest and additional training in implantology, endodontics, oral surgery, wisdom teeth extractions and cosmetics.

I enjoy dentistry because it gives me an opportunity to give back to the community, give people confidence about their smile, and improve their health! Growing up, I would always find myself using my hands and building arts and crafts or woodwork. After high school anatomy class, I knew dentistry was the perfect profession to continue my hands-on desire.

Dr. Dahms takes a patients needs and desires into consideration prior to coming up with a plan of action. This enables him to engage with every patient while building a unique approach and treatment plan.

Dr. Norys Hayes graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in 2005. The following year she took a nine- month course in Implantology. She has continued to practice Dentistry in south Florida for the past 10 years.

Dr. Hayes is the mother of a seven year old girl and continues to balance her time between working mom, wife, and professional care giver. Fun time would include travel, skiing, and any other outdoor activity that is energetic and doesn't include rest or relaxation. Dr. Hayes works with speed and confidence and welcomes the challenges that Dentistry offers on a daily basis.

Pediatric Dentist Dr. Gonzalo Corts is a specialist in pediatric dentistry. After college, he received his pediatric dental degrees from the Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine & Miami Childrens Hospital. He has extra years of specialized training developed just for kids. Worst place to visit. Over scheduling, waiting for long time there. Finally I got the root canal. Employees are nice but they got paid worst than McDonalds, worst than HHA or CNA. Some of them even told me owners only care about money, slavering and making them work as sweating horses. I heard them and I decided to write this review and investing about average salary for some position here and I noticed it's a miserable pay for such amazing job. I hate rich people slavering people for a few bucks. So sad

The worst dental clinic in Miami. They don't care about clients, Kerly manager is the worst manager ever. Bring in all her family for free while employees who are there for over 13 years they have to do full payment for any dental treatment, employees underpaid, extremely abusive workload, health insurance for employees is BS., employees are quitting this place because the way the abuse their employees. I will never recommend anyone to attend to this clinic. Horrible services, unsatisfied clients, over-scheduled, terrible management.

(Translated by Google) The person who did the cleaning for the children does not have the patience to work with children, they should train better and tell them that sometimes the children have. Difficulties and they have to work a little more and try to please them so that they have confidence and allow themselves to do the procedure (Original) La persona que le hiso la limpieza a los ninos , no tiene paciencia para trabajar ninos deberian entrenar mejor y decirles que aveces los ninos tiene. Dificultades y tienen que trabajar un poco mas y tratar de agradarlos para que ellos tengan confianza y se dejen hacer el procedimiento

Just went here for the first time and was so nervous bc it's been so long since I've been to the dentist. Dr. Ramos and the ENTIRE staff help you feel so comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

I've have had many unpleasant experiences with this place like, waiting over 1 hour to do my cleaning which resulted in me walking out, being scheduled for cleanings on days that the doctor is not there when they know the doctor needs to see me, machines being broken/faulty resulting in me not being able to do proper cleaning, etc. I've been going there for almost 3 years and 4/5 times there's always something. The real reason why I'm leaving this review is because after having 3 issues with my cleaning this week (hygienist running late to first morning appointment, machine not working, and doctor not being there when I've been needing to a see a doctor), they have the AUDACITY to take it upon themselves and schedule me for a 6 month cleaning WITHOUT my consent. It's been 3 days since this ridiculous appointment and I told the hygienist 5 times that I did not want to schedule another appointment. Absolutely done with this place.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the service and willingness of the staff to work with us, as we are retired and on Medicare. My husband had a cap fall out and was greatly concerned if it could be saved and the cost was so helpful, being on Medicare. He also had a cleaning, which was very, very thorough!! Great service!!

Young lady Cristina took her time to look into my insurance when I called. She didn't wanna leave me on hold so she asked for my number and told me that she would return my call when she got the answers she needed. She ended up calling me back and we were able to schedule. When I got to the office the registration was a smooth process, the front desk team was so helpful, the dentist and her assistants were excellent. I've been to this office a few times before a little over three years ago with a different Dentist. This office is run well and the financial responsibility is clearly discussed. I will continue to return because of the quality care provided from when you check-in to when you check out.

Terrible office management. They try to overcharge telling you that insurance does not cover, when it does. Office managers are rude and change their stories as you complaints mount. It has happened to me several times. The doctor is very good but the practice should stop scamming the patients.
