More than happy with my visit to the Dentist. Staff is so polite and Dr Johanna Arnedo is simply amazing!! An outstanding dentist, she was very nice and my teeth are so healthy! Will definitely keep going to them in the future..

They will tell you what you need is not covered by your insurance, when it actually is covered, they just want your money. My insurance covers extractions and they tried telling me it didn't and wanted me to pay $250 for it. And then $875 for things I did not need at the time my insurance was just as confused as I was when I explained it to them. The women at the front desk are so so rude but I remained calm. Don't take your kids here!! They will take advantage of your time and money! Not worth it

Dr. Johanna is an amazing doctor and all her staff is wonderful. Can't say enough good words about her! Dr. Johanna EXCEEDS all expectations! She is very thorough, friendly and compassionate. Her office' location is very convenient. The receptionists and medical assistants are very friendly and I have always had a positive experience here. Truly the best. I highly recommend her

I thought I was going to die. They injected me with too much Novocain and I could not breathe out of my mouth. They sprayed it all over the back of my throat. I was able to mumble this to the dentist, who told me to just breathe out my nose. Problem is, I have two deviated septum's! This place traumatized me. I use to go in for cleanings every 6 months, but, haven't been back in over a year. BEWARE!!

Don't go here!! Have had a very bad feeling about this place since bringing my daughter for braces a year ago.. worked very hard to get our insurance to approve the braces and then had to convince them it had been approved .. almost like they wish it hadn't .. took months and then finally had a follow up appointment which they informed me it would be $1,500 to start to do the braces and then the insurance would cover their rest .. 1st not what they had told me initially and 2nd they were all very disturbed by the insurance and said they were confused how this happened and asked me who submitted it to insurance.. I said they did and the Dr and nurse were visibly upset and said they need to talk to office manager .. I had already called the insurance company to confirm everything and had two letters of confirmations so I asked what's the code confusion ? To which they couldn't answer .. also waited over 45 min for 1st appointment and then 25 minutes for second, seeing everyone come back for lunch and wondering why their time is more valuable than mine?? Follow -up! I took my daughter to another orthodontist who said she absolutely didn't even need the $1,500 spacer! This place was going to use and charge us for device she didn't even need!!

Every single review is accurate. This place is about money. They will tell you what you need is not covered by your insurance, when it is indeed covered, just to get you to pay out of pocket. My insurance covers extractions and they tried telling me it didn't and wanted me to pay 250 for it. The location of this place tells you all you need to know. The level of professionalism low. I had an evaluation done at aspen dental prior to going here. I have 3 problem teeth that needs extraction. On the referral given to me by the doctor, she put down 7 teeth for extraction. I wouldn't take my pet to this place.

TRAUMATIZED MY DAUGHTER AFTER 2 VISITS. 1st visit the lady who was cleaning her teeth was flossing her teeth after an x-ray and was yanking the floss out of her teeth with no mercy as my daughter described. The x-ray found that my daughter needed 2 filling from cavities. We went to another dentist and found out it wasn't cavities at all. Went back to Altamonte dental and the Doctor who was a woman was really nice, caring and smart, she realized they got the x-ray wrong that it might've been a piece of food. Maybe if cleaning was done before a procedure to the mouth would be more accurate. Then the assistant there who is a thin flagrant man did her cleaning which did not include flossing, Seems like they were trying to rush and it's been over a yr that she's seen them at this point. He was not trained well and at the end he was trying to clean her face with a paper towel and was extremely aggressively scrubbing her face and smacking it on her face as if he wanted revenge. My daughter told him she floss's 1x a day and brushes 2x a day and he responded, "no you're suppose to floss 2x a day", as if that's a fact. No where does it say you have to do that. Matter fact her teeth are so healthy and pretty, doctors compliment her. My daughter told me this after she left. She's a highly reliable source when it comes to bad ppl. So the staff is not the best when it comes to accuracy, consistency and comfort, therefore we will not be returning and we will stick to a better one that's closer to us.

These people don't answer the phone AT ALL! I have been calling 2 weeks straight....2 WEEKS! I need to find another dentist ASAP!

I called and made an appointment after agonizing pain trying to get extractions, I scheduled my appointment and was told I would be able to get extractions done same day as my appointment that I made well over a month ago . after taking the days off of work I decided to call to confirm my appointments and if they will be putting me under . Upon calling to confirm the lady first told me they do not do extractions , then she told me I would have to come in for an evaluation , Then after I was balling crying on the phone (she kept cutting me off and basically rushing me off the phone ) she told me I can come in for an emergency visit and truly the insurance I have does not cover my visit ( would've love to known as these important details while making the appointment ) . Just chaos . I am so sad and so much pain and I would've wished this would've been clarified upon scheduling .

I left there feeling like I had been assaulted by the man that makes the mold for dentures I have a bad gag reflex and informed him before he started. This man slammed the mold with green stuff on it into my mouth and proceeded to hold it I was choking I felt like he was trying to kill me . I couldn't breathe. When he turned me loose he left me there choking up green stuff with no help I had to get up and walk to receptionist desk to get help. I was offered wet paper towels because they couldn't find the key for the restroom. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there for dentures.I feel like I was assaulted by this man

If i could give them a 0 i would. They're rude and speaks in Spanish about you when to their coworkers when you ask them why you've been sitting for long. The one lady that sits in the front threatenings you when you ask ask her a simple question. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to the dentist at all

The staff is nice but the dentist is NOT professional The ladies who work the desk need a raise because they have to deal with people who are angry because the dentist lives in her own world

Would write them a zero if it was possible horrible horrible service they constantly reschedule you they are unprofessional the dentist rescheduled you because they decide to go out of town but at least they let you know the weekend before and then they reschedule you for a month out
