You make an appointment and you don't get seen till hr and half later told them I have to be at work yet these other people who came in after me have gotten seen before me I asked how much longer and I keep getting 5 more minutes why have appointments if there going to call you as if you were a walk in

The worst doctor office ever. I don't know what kind of credential are required to work here because obviously their all a bunch of unprofessional idiots. No one knows what's going on at all. Then the call center is even more lost smh. They'll be shut down quickly

I gave them one star just because u have to to make the review but they dont even deserve that its ridiculous u have an appointment and then u have to wait 45 min to be seen not worth my time ill just find something better that really worries and is considerate about there patients

they call me to cancel my appointment instead of rescheduling me now I have to wait and make another appointment and see when they have an opening I've been coming here for a while been patient even bring my children and now they take forever to answer the phone I've been on hold taken off hold and put back on hold

I had no pain or discomfort im my tooth until i came here and they told me i needed a filling 3 1/2 months ago. Ever since they did it I've been in constant pain and now i have to pay to get it done elsewhere. Even just sending referals is a problem here. When I needed my wisdom teeth extracted they kept forgetting to send it in even after promising they would and a phone call I made to them. It extended the time before I could get treatment and therefore my pain. Don't come here. If you do and you get a referall you have to make sure they send it or constantly call.

The girls in the front desk are rude! I have seen they criticize or make fun of patients, nurses seem robots and they apparently are all the time sulking especially pediatric nurses are very rude and treat children without any kindness, is it a shame! Because doctors are good and the only person friendliest person I have found in this clinic before having my baby is Ana Montoya and gynecology nurse Jazmin, they should teach the others how to treat patients.

Some of the front girls are nice, and some aren't. I do think they should keep their comments and rude face gestures to themselves about other patients. I don't understand how I can't be late to my appointment 5 minutes, but yet when I arrive before or on time, they sometimes have made me wait for 45 minutes to be called in. This office NEEDS A NEW OFFICE MANAGER! Dr. Amin and Dr. Henar are the best Doctors and that is why I sometimes put up with this office.

They changed the doc i was suppose to see i was fine with it as long as i was seeing someone that same day and time got there and i had to wait because 6 ppl where ahead of me ended up leaving was their for 1hr and 20 minutes

I just love this place the from desk receptionist are very friendly, Gloria front desk when I go she always greets me with my name! that right their is so awesome, Ana Montoya who is in women's dept is also very nice, always answers my calls right away, and what can I say about my Gynecolosit Dr. Amin THE BEST!!! I been going with him since he was in the East LA office; Dr. Amin help me through out my pregancy, I am a very nervous person but his always kind and very professionas as well as his nurses! I highly recomment this place to everyone!!!! ps dont have a goodle account this is my husbands :)

I wish I could change insurance so I can go somewhere else but I can't,the women who work there are ridiculously stupid I had been a patient for 3 years and they had my birth year wrong,by ten years on my chart, seriously! I was 19 they had it down that I was 29,also my daughter's pediatrician was here too the nurses were very rude and so annoyed at my daughter's crying when she would get shots,I can never make an appointment without it being at least two months away! so if u think u might have a life threatening disease don't come here,I have waiting here before all day for a cancellation and the never happen! also they have no grace period! so if ur late byfive mminutes u miss ur appointment,I would go two hours early and wait because I have gotten in an argument over being three minutes late,because I couldn't find parking in their stupid little parking lot.I hate this place! its ran by a bunch of uneducated uei graduates! the doctors are good if u ever get to see one!
