Dr. Fiss is an avid sports fan and particularly enjoys college football, almost a requirement at the Ohio State University. He grew up a Philadelphia sports fan (Eagles, Phillies, Flyers, and Sixers). He loves playing golf, running, and swimming, which help him remain fit and stress free. He is also kept busy with his wife Marissa and their children Megan, Josie, and Ryan.

My granddaughter got braces there in early 2021 and we had them removed a few weeks later. They were put on on a Friday and she could not eat all weekend. Her mouth would not open wide enough for her to eat. We were there so many times to have them fixed I made the decision to have them removed. One of the women there said they were not on right and that was the cause her pain. One of the Dr's. Came by to talk to me and said if I left a bad review he would sue me. I was not going to because their not worth it, but it should be known what happened.

The hygienist was in a huge rush. She hardly wanted to listen to me about the information from his dentist on the way in. Then at the end, I asked one question and she told me to ask next time rather than take a few minutes to answer. Not quality patient care...

Our experience here has been great! As a previous patient (many years ago) I was comfortable with the team caring for my own children. They understand not only how to care for their patients but also the families! We had three children need braces at the SAME time and the staff understood all of the implications of this and went above and beyond to work with us to make sure everyone was cared for!

I enjoyed my experience from beginning to end! I got braces for the first time, I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect. Every one that I spoke to and they could see the concern on my face calmed my uneasiness. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

This place is the greatest orthodontist around! They are very courteous and professional. Never had a problem in the whole almost years my daughter had her braces and her teeth are perfect. I highly recommend!

Dr. Rafetto is amazing and Dr Fiss. They're very flexible and the staff is amazing. They also do fun free events for the kids and give out outstanding prizes throughout the year. I already referred two people here and they love it!
