This team is incredible! My 5 year old daughter Sage had a very unpleasant experience at her previous dental office. At the beginning of her visit here, she was crying and hesitant. I wasn't sure if we were going to complete the visit. But I am so thankful for Maya for her communication and patience with Sage. She really took the time to explain everything she was going to do, and she spoke to her on a level that a 5 year old can understand. Dr. Neek was just as amazing! She had a very friendly and gentle approach as well. By then end of the visit, my daughter was no longer crying and fearful. She actually wanted to do the x-ray process and she was all smiles. She was very comfortable. It was amazing! I'm so grateful to have found this pediatric dental office. Thank you all so much!

I love this dentist they really care about your children. They do really well with my daughter and wile she was having her teeth worked on the care showen by them was amazing. Told her step by step what they where doing .took her disabilities all into consideration. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. They even held her hand and told her how good she was doing and made her feel comfortable.

We've been coming here for years for my three little girls' dental needs and they always go above and beyond. None of my daughters have ever been afraid of the dentist, which is a lot more than I can say for the dentists I went to as a kid. They have plenty of things to distract the kids, like iPads and ceiling tvs, so they aren't thinking about any of the unpleasantness that can accompany dental visits. We are customers for life!

I drive out from El Centro to this dentist for my kids! & honestly the drive doesn't even bother me knowing Im going to the best dentist office we have been to, from the staff to the Dr. Not only we love it, my kids do too! They are just awesome & so nice! They talk to us and explain things so well! They talk to our kids & honestly my kids are so comfortable and look forward to the dentist! Even with masks you can tell everybody gots a smile under there IF I CAN RECOMMEND A DENTIST OFFICE TO EVERYBODY THIS IS THE PLACE !!

I drove 20 miles to take my daughter to see Dr J. and I am so glad I did! The entire staff from the first phone call to every person in the office was amazing. It can be tough convincing your child to go to the dentist and thanks to Dr J. and his staff that will never be a problem again for us. Thank you Dr. J and to your team!

Dr J. Was great! My child is not the easiest to work on and he was very patient with her and even though it took a few attempts to perform the work (my child's fault not his), he stuck with it and walked us through the process. I highly recommend him for you children! Thank you Dr. J!

Our experience has been really positive with Alpine Orthodontics and I recommend them to friends and family in Alpine. For starters they actually care for my child and that is obvious from the receptionist to the doctors. They took the time to know us and our special circumstances and made a plan that worked for us. Secondly, I really appreciated that my family is taken care of by a doctor who has special training on braces and children rather than a dentist who does a little bit of everything. My own experience with braces thought me that braces can straighten teeth but if not done right they quickly get crooked again, and has to be redone to look right (and to fix the jaw pain that was caused by not doing it right the first time) for more money and months back in braces as an adult. Lastly, they were very clear and accurate on the cost and maximizing my insurance. *Bonus: when my child fractured her tooth a while ago I learned almost all dental offices in town only see patients a few days in the week, and I'd have to wait a while to address her issue. But when we've needed help even during covid closurenof all businesses in Alpine, they answered their phone and offered to see her either here in alpine or at their scripps ranch location with a quick drive to get my child help even on their day off in Alpine.

Can I just say I am impressed with Dr. J and and his staff. My son had a great experience and I'm thrilled with the work and professionalism by him and his staff..!! I highly recommend if you have a child who his scared of the dentist to see Dr. J . He is great with kids and makes them feel at ease.
