A Pediatric Dentist is a dental specialist dedicated to the oral health of children, adolescents, teens, and any individual (young or old) with special needs. We understand the developing child and monitor facial growth and development closely. Our office is designed for treating children from infancy through adolescence, as well as the medically and the physically compromised.

Alpine Kids Dentistry - Pediatric dentist in Lehi, UT

The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends that a childs first visit to the dentist should occur by 12 months of age. This visit will enable Dr. Brown to evaluate your child and introduce you to proper oral hygiene. Diet, fluoride, finger and pacifier habits and tooth eruption will also be discussed to ensure optimal dental health.

When a Pediatric Dentist is Board Certified it means that the American Board of Pediatric Dentists or ABPD certifies that the dental care being provided is based on standards of excellence that lead to high quality oral health care for infants, children, adolescence and patients with special health care needs. Certification by the ABPD provides assurance to the public that a Pediatric Dentist has successfully completed accredited training and a voluntary examination process designed to continually validate the knowledge, skills and experience necessary to the delivery of quality patient care.

I was born and raised in St. George Utah. I enjoy spending time with my family and our quirky dog Archie. In my spare time I like to read, walk the dog, or find my favorite remodeling show on HGTV. I love the little people and enjoy being a part of their experience in coming to the dentist. They are absolutely the best!

We have used Alpine for the last 2 years. They are always friendly and helpful. The staff and Dr. Brown are amazing with kids. Our child had multiple crowns put in and they we're always super informative and help you find the best and most cost effective way to handle these types of situations. I would recommend them to anyone who has kids!

By far the best dentist I've been to. I'm so grateful we went here. I felt like I was given lots of treatment options and that I had a voice in my child's treatment plan. Wow! I'm so impressed. Thank you for taking such good care of us and putting our fears at ease, we will definitely be back.

Dr. Brown is the nicest and the greatest! I started taking my 2 year old a year ago and they just have it all. Nice staff, kid friendly environment. Dr. Brown taught me how to hold my LO while brushing his teeth. So helpful. Recently, we had an emergency chipped tooth situation and they were really great to talk over the phone and then fit us in and Dr. Brown was able to adjust his tooth back into place so it didn't affect his bite. They just worked with us so well, I was so impressed. I don't normally write reviews, but I knew I needed to with the great service I received from them!

Dr Brown is amazing! My kids absolutely love going to the dentist now and that's because of Dr. Brown. The assistants there are also fantastic. My daughter was really nervous and crying because she had a terrible experience at a different dentist. The assistants and Dr. Brown were able to calm her down to where she wasn't nervous to get work done. Now she looks forward to seeing the dentist! I highly recommend Alpine Kids Dentistry!

If I could give a million stars, I would. I have a daughter that has some disorders and things like going to the dentist feel impossible. (And have been impossible). I brought my daughter (7) and two younger brothers (4 & 3) into Alpine Kids for the first time yesterday. Dr. Brown greeted the kids personally in the waiting room and talked/joked with them for 5 minutes knowing that my daughter would have a hard time. He read through my daughter's patient notes before greeting her. I know this sounds like this should be the norm, but it's not (with some other medical professionals we've been to before) and has caused issues in the past. While his other AMAZING staff worked on the boys, he kindly and patiently walked my daughter through all the procedures, showing her all the tools, and letting her touch them to make her aware and comfortable about what was going to happen. He personally did her cleaning and x-rays, and talked to her the whole time. He let her stand, because that was her preference. She didn't feel comfortable laying down. They had a chair ready for me to sit on right next to my daughter so I could be there during her cleaning. I honestly had to hold back tears of relief and joy a few times while there. It was such a pleasant experience! When we got in the car, my daughter said, "That was fun!!! Now that I know what to expect, I won't be so nervous next time!" Bless him. The staff was amazing, the office was super cute, they had stickers after they did x-rays, there are televisions on the ceiling to help distract the kids, and sunglasses for the bright lights. Dr. Brown was also very kind, knowledgeable and helped explain everything to me as well. If you are looking for a dentist in the area, I HIGHLY recommend Alpine Kids Dentistry.

I'm not often one to leave reviews but Dr Brown definitely deserves one! It's not often that you find a place that you can tell genuinely cares and loves what they do. Normally when going to a dentist, even for kids, it's "looks good see you next time" or "let's get a cavity fixed" but not a lot of education. The moment I got there it was so welcoming and his staff took the time to TEACH and educate. After dr Brown checked my kids mouths out he told me what to expect for the future, not just the next visit. It was the best experience I have had at a dentist I may just have to take myself there too lol My boy needed a cavity filled and later that night, after hours I received a message from the dr Brown asking how he was doing and checking in on him. I would recommend this dentist to EVERYONE with kids. It would be worth the drive even if you aren't close.

Our pediatrician thought my 13 month old had HFMD but said I should take her to a dentist for a second opinion just in case. I'm so glad I came here. They were so helpful and kind to my poor mama heart that was broken from my baby being in so much pain. She had gingivostomatitis and they quickly gave us solutions to relieve her pain and help her start to get better. I think we found our lifelong pediatric dentist!!

Our 8 yr old had a good bit of dental work done in one visit. Extraction, 3 cavities and some sealants. The Dr was so great with him, and even called to check on him that night. He is recovering beautifully with little to no pain. The genuine care for his patients really showed. Great doc and staff.

We have been taking our kids to dr Kevin for a couple of years. He and his staff has always taken great care of our children and our concerns with their oral health. Our youngest has sensory issues, and is developmentally delayed and they took their time to treat her in a way that made her comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

I was able to get my kiddos in today to see Dr. Kevin Brown and I add my 5 stars to the rating. Even my often timid kiddo, who also needed a minor procedure today, came out with confidence and a great experience. Thank you!

Truly the most kid friendly dentistry ever! My kids beg me to take them to get their teeth checked. They love watching nextflix while getting their teeth clean. The team at Alpine Kids Dentistry make my kiddos feel so comfortable. Love this place so much.

This was our first time to the dentist ever and I was SO IMPRESSED. Our three-year-old is pretty chill for the most part but the staff was so kind and friendly and really made her feel at ease. She is just living her best life at the dentist today!! I love how clean and aesthetically-pleasing the entire office is. I honestly wish that adult dentists looked so bright and fun! We had an awesome first experience at the dentist's office!

Absolutely the best kids dentist office I have been to. Everyone is so friendly and so good with kids. Our 4 year old daughter was a little nervous to start with but as soon as hygienists started talking to her she was no longer nervous!
