As a dentist, Dr. Kerry Bailey is known for his gentle, compassionate approach to his craft. He focuses on the individual needs of each patient, always advocating for the least invasive, most strongly proven approach to treatment, which ensures the best outcome for the patient. Before starting any treatment path, Dr. Bailey sits and talks with his patient, learning about the persons goals and timeline. He then presents possible treatment approaches and discusses the strengths and weaknesses of each, engaging with his patient and ensuring that he or she has the information needed to make educated, thoughtful decisions about oral healthcare.
Because of his belief that he is in dentistry to serve his patients, which is evident in all he does, Dr. Bailey has earned a reputation in the community for being ethical and honest, always putting the needs of a patient at the forefront. He never pushes for particular treatments and will advise patients when he believes a specific treatment is not right for their unique needs.
Dr. Bailey was drawn to the profession because he feels its the right combination of health science, engineering, artistry, and industrial arts trades, while still allowing him the opportunity to spend time with, care for, and develop relationships with people. He finds it fulfilling to work with a diverse group of individuals, broadening his world view and learning from each of them, while being creative, innovative, and improving their life.
Dr. Bailey graduated from the University of Washington Dental School with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Knowing the importance of continually furthering his knowledge and understanding of emerging oral health technologies and processes, he seeks out continuing education offerings throughout the year. This allows him to keep current on updates to techniques, dental materials, and medications, in order to provide his patients with the best, most effective dental care options available.
Born and raised in Washington State, Dr. Bailey has lived in North Bend, WA for more than 25 years. He and his wife Laura have been married for 30 years, and they have three daughters and a son. Family pets include two horses, nine cows, and a dog. When hes not spending time with his family, Dr. Bailey enjoys farming, hunting, fishing, traveling, and skiing. He also can often be found working in the garden or on DIY projects, and he loves grilling. When he has the time, he enjoys a good book, too.
I enjoy helping people achieve and maintain healthy and happy smiles. But the best part of being a dental hygienist is getting to know our patients and their families. Every day I get to meet incredible new people, and catch up with established patients, to build and solidify our relationships. Here at our practice, I perform oral cancer screenings and prophies, periodontal scaling, and administer anesthesia, too. A lot of my day is spent talking with our patients about oral care and how they can keep their mouth healthy through good home care routines and making healthy decisions.
We have an incredible staff here, and I love working with each of them, but even more wonderful are those we serve. Each patient is a fascinating individual and we are committed not only to providing them with wonderful care, but ensuring that they know how honored we are that they have chosen us to provide their dental services. I handle our insurance billing processes, the posting of payments, and patient scheduling, too. I love working with Dr. Bailey, not just because hes my husband of 30 years, but because he is a wonderful doctor who is not only skilled at his craft, but he genuinely cares about the welfare of his patients.

I love this place. Went in for a check-up and teeth cleaning. This was my best experience ever! Dr. Bailey was professional, explained thing and didn't try to upsell. Just let me know options and what I could do and why. My cleaning was even better. I left feeling great, nothing hurt yet felt so clean.

I have been coming to Dr. Kerry Bailey & his staff for many, many years. As I have grown older Kerry has had to change methods with my growing anxiety issue. He handled it like the professional he is and I totally trust him and his highly competent staff. Highly recommended!!! 5 STAR+!!!

Dr. Bailey and his staff of skilled dental hygienists are very patient and kind. Providing excellent dental maintenance as well as gentle provision of filling cavities or crowns. I have sinus issues that cause me to ask for a break every so often and they are understanding. I couldn't be happier with Kerry Bailey DDS.
