Dr. Kurt Linford was born and raised in Rexburg Idaho, He graduated from BYU- Idaho with his degree in Biology and Minor in Chemistry. Dr. Linford graduated from Howard University College of Dentistry in 2011 and received the prestigious Deans award for his Clinical excellence and achievement in Operative Dentistry.
After graduation, Dr. Linford worked For the Indian Health service in Dulce, NM for 5 years, during this time he was able to perfect his dental skills in all aspects of dentistry especially in Oral surgery, Root Canals, Pediatric Dentistry and Prosthodontics. He was mentored by many great Dentists and specialists over this time and will ever be grateful for his time he spent working with the Native American population.
Dr. Linford is very passionate about his profession. He loves the science and technology of Dentistry and is constantly updating the office with latest equipment. Dr. Linford participates with local study groups and travels all over the nation to continue his education and learn from the best in the field.
Dr. Linford has worked in Jackson Wyoming for the last few years but in 2019 decided to Purchase Alpine Dental Care, he is excited to have his own office and extremely grateful to serve the Star Valley Area.

Originally from Southern California, Erin has resided in Alpine, WY since 1995. Erin joined the dental practice team upon its opening in 2005, as office manager. Outside of work, Erin enjoys paddleboarding, snowshoeing, adventures with friends, and spending time with family. She has three amazing kids, and her first granddaughter, who she plans to spoil. She feels blessed to work with a great team, and to know so many wonderful patients who have become friends over the years.
Amber grew up in the small town of Downey, Idaho, south of Pocatello. After high school, she went on to earn a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from Idaho State University. Amber is an RDH (Registered Dental Hygienist), is licensed in both Idaho and Wyoming and has earned her Expanded Functions Certification (placement and finishing of dental restorations). She also is certified in laser therapy through The Academy of Laser Dentistry.
Amber moved from Southeast Idaho to Star Valley in 2013 and began working at Alpine Dental Care. Amber and her husband, Keith, were married in August of 2013. They have two beautiful daughters BrynLee and Brecklyn. They love to snowmobile, dirt bike, camp, fish and mountain bike every chance they get.
Amber has been an outstanding addition to Alpine Dental Care, She is easy to talk to and quick to laugh. She takes a gentle, yet thorough approach to her cleanings that has already yielded her high marks from our patients.
Jamie was born and raised in Soda Springs. After High School she moved to Logan Utah and attended Dental Assisting School at Bridgerland Technical College, she graduated in 2010. Jamie has been a dental assistant for the last 11 years. She greatly loves what she does and enjoys the challenge that comes along with it. In 2014 She moved to Star Valley and Married her husband Brock in 2015. She has one adorable little Boy Cole he is almost 2. When she is not working, you will find Jamie with her family going Camping, Razor riding, Dirt biking and playing on palisades as much as possible.
Abby was born in California, but she grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada. Abby attended the College of Southern Nevada and completed the Dental Assisting Program in 2005. She worked as an Orthodontic Technician for the following 7 years in Las Vegas. Abby and her family moved to Alpine, Wyoming in 2014. She knew that she wanted to continue in the dental field, as she felt there was always something new and challenging to learn. She especially enjoys getting to know our patients and wants them all to have a positive experience. I have to say I am happy to have the privilege to work alongside Dr. Linford and the rest of the staff. It is an enjoyable place to work! says Abby.
