Dr. Mitchell Olson graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and his Doctor of Surgery at the University of Minnesota. He is a member of the American Dental Association and has his Sedation Permit through the Idaho Board of Dentistry.
Dr. Olson has over 29 years of experience, providing quality work, including: IV and Oral Sedation, complex wisdom teeth extractions, root canals, pain management, CAD/CAM same day crowns, and Implants. He enjoys getting to know each one of his patients, making them feel part of the Alpine Dental Family.
When hes not working enjoys being in the great outdoors and playing hockey. In the summertime, his three daughters and him like to spend time on Lake Cocolalla and getting together with his family during the holidays.
She is excellent at translating complex insurance terms and explains into everyday language you can understand. She loves taking the time to connect with patients, put their fears at ease, and really listen to their needs. She now works in the front office but still enjoys assisting when needed. When she isn't working you can find her watching her boys play sports, volunteering with Hayden Little League, CDA Jr. Tackle, being on the lake, and reading.
Lacey is our Office Manager, Treatment Coordinator, and Insurance Specialist. She graduated in 2005 from Colorado School of Dental Assisting in Fort Collins, CO. She makes sure patients feel welcome and comfortable, in addition to handling any of their scheduling needs or insurance questions. When not at work she and her husband are busy running their three children to soccer and football practice. In the summer, the whole family, including her two Yorkies, enjoy being out on CDA lake on their boat. She recently has a new love for paddle-boarding.
Carol is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She began her dental career with Alpine Dental 19 years ago after graduating from Eastern Washington University has received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. Her approach is to provide thorough care with a gentle touch and have compassion for those patients who suffer from dental anxiety.
Marji is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated in 2010 from Eastern Washington University, Cum Laude, with a Dental Hygiene Bachelor of Science Degree and a minor in Health and Sciences. She has been working at Alpine Dental throughout her dental career. She enjoys the opportunities to build lifelong relationships with her
Kirstie is a certified Dental Assistant. She received her training from North Idaho College. She has always been passionate about dentistry. She is excellent at making her patients feel comfortable and help them overcome their fear of the dentist. When she is not working she enjoys baking, taking care of her dogs Masha, Bear, and Keaston, and spending time with her two boys and family.
Ashley is a certified Dental Assistant and Marketing Manager. She completed her Dental Assisting Fundamentals and Expanded Functions from Lewis and Clark College. She has been an assistant for over 12 years. She will guide you through your dental care from start to finish and can answer all your questions and concerns. She especially enjoys assisting in designing the 3D digital same day
Jennifer is a Dental Assistant. She has over 20 years experience in the dental field. With her knowledge and love for dentistry she will explain needed dental treatment to her patients and answer any questions they have. She also enjoys getting to know them on a personal level. When she is not working she enjoys singing with her worship group, spending time outdoors, and hiking. She also is a proud mother of three, one grandchild with two more on the way, and her fur babies.
Jackie is a Registered Dental Hygienists. Jackie graduated from Northwestern University in 1999 with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. She then learned about Dental Hygiene and pursued that until she graduated in 2007 from Oxnard College. Her passion for dentistry and love for people gives her the ability to make her patients feel comfortable, reduce their dental stress, and make them feel part of our dental family. Outside of the office she loves to read, hike, and ski. She has been married to her husband for 16 years, has two beautiful daughters, and three lovable boxers.
Selina is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She started her dental career as an Orthodontist Lab Assistant. She always knew she wanted to be a Hygienist. Even in high school she won best smile, she was destined to be in the dental field. She has over 15 years experience as an RDH. She always wants her patients to be pleasantly surprised that their dental cleanings are better than expected. When shes not working you find her spending time off-roading, boating, and spending time with family and friends.
Laughlin is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She earned her degree from Northern Arizona University in 2014. She prides herself in providing through, yet gentle, treatment for her patients. She really enjoys getting to know her patients on a personal level. Outside of the office she enjoys traveling, being in the outdoors, spending time with her family and friends. Her family and dog Marvin will be welcoming their first baby.
Grace is a Hygiene Assistant. You can find her multi-tasking throughout the day. You can find her taking digital x-rays, helping clean and disinfect rooms, sterilizing instruments, putting together patient goodie bags, or whatever needs to be done. When shes not working, she enjoys art, musicals, sewing and design, and spending time with her dog.
Cassandra is a registered Dental Hygienist. She started her dental career as a dental assistant for 5 years. She wanted to pursue her Bachelors degree at Idaho State in 2004. As your hygienist she values herself in providing gentle, proactive, and preventive care. This career is perfect for spending lots of time with her family, running, hiking, singing, reading, and relaxing.
