I love this place from the ladies working the front desk to Dr. Machado they all deserve praise. Professional, kind and clean. Shout out to Danielle Richardson for the superb teeth cleaning!

I would recommend Alpha Family Dental, and Dr. Machado to everyone. Yes, I have referred many family members and friends, they now are patients here also. Dr. Machado and his staff are very professional, caring, and helpful. Dr. Machado is very gentle and takes the time to explain treatment options. The best dental care I've ever had.

Alpha Family Dental is amazing. Dr. Machado and his staff are professional, and caring. I have always felt at ease, and cared about, at this dental office. will never go anywhere else.

The very first time I calIed, I asked them if they accept Medicaid and they eagerly said yes. I proceeded to make an appointment and on the day before my scheduled appointment the receptionist called to cancel and reschedule another appointment. Now the second time the day before my second rescheduled appointment the receptionist called once again and had to cancel. So a third appointment was scheduled and on the day before my third appointment the receptionist called to inform me that they do not accept Medicaid. In my opinion these people cannot make up their mind if they accept Medicaid or not and to drag me through four months of rescheduling appointments leads me to believe that they just don't know what they're doing. I would avoid this dentist at all cost.

New to the area and forced to find a new dentist. Tried a couple in the area that were terrible. This office, including, the staff, hygienist, and of course the dentist are extremely kind, caring and professional. I actually enjoy going to the dentist. Keep up the good work

My husband and I are very impressed with the dental services that we had, due to an emergency, they were able to get my husband in the very next day, Dr. Machado and his staff are very caring, and take the time to explain each step of the procedure, even for someone who has had some bad dental experiences in the past, we will be recommending this dental office to friends and family,

I had Invisalign as a kid and have had my wisdom teeth removed through other dental offices. I made an appointment with this dental office because I moved. I have never had anxiety going to the dentist. I always look forward going to the dentist. I wouldn't even give this office 1 star. I walked out in the middle of my cleaning. I have cuts in my mouth and the hygentist kept hitting and rubbing the handle of the mirror against my top teeth while she was cleaning my bottom teeth. When she went on to polish my teeth she kept hitting and rubbing my teeth with the handle of the polisher as well. I got up and asked to speak with the dentist. I started to tell him what happened and he cut me off and told me that, that is the best denal hygentist he has and that she's very talented. He said that dentists and hygentists are like test driving cars, you either like them or you don't. He didn't even ask to see the cuts in my mouth or show any compassion. He didn't offer to finish the cleaning or have someone else do it. He said I was free to go where ever I wanted. After speaking with the office manager she said that they are still going to bill me for their services. I'm being billed for the cuts that they put in my mouth? I wouldn't recommend this dentist office to anyone. Even if it was the cheapest place to go if you don't have insurance. You'd be wasting your money because they'd do more damage then good....they'd most likely do more damage so they can make more money off of you to fix the chips or any other issues they create.

I drive over 45 minutes to go Dr. Muchado's office with my kids & husband. My kids are 5 and 10 and they love going there so much that they actually made up a song called "we are going to the dentist"- it's pretty funny. Great service and great quality; we wouldn't get our teeth cleaned anywhere else.
