Great Staff! Quick, easy, painless Went in to get a filling. Kiana handled all the details. I'm very picky about my teeth but I didn't have any complaints. Being a front tooth she totally blended it in cleaned up some stains and smoothed everything down so they felt totally real! Thanks Kiana, I will be coming back for future work!

They pulled 12 teeth, and got partial dentures.they didn't tell me i had to be missing more than 2 teeth on the top ro get them. then I had to switch insurance. I called to let them know. And asked if they accepted my new insurance (caresource bronze) they said yes. So I took the time off of work to go in and get my dentures and more fill insurance. I walk in, give them my ne insurance card. She looks at me and says they don't accept my new insurance. That was 2 months ago. And just now they called and asked when I was coming in to get filling. I said I wasn't because they don't accept my new insurance. Once again I told them what it was, and she was like yes we accept that. I hung up o her. I wasn't going to do that again. And also they kept my dentures.

Where to start...... We were referred here to have my intellectually challenged daughter's wisdom teeth out. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot I was having second thoughts, did not have the best curb appeal at all. Then we walked inside to see stained carpeting and an unfinished waiting room.the staff was not rude but they definitely were not nice. She saw the Dr and we were in our way home. 1 month later, time for appointment.... Less than a week before appointment office staff calls to see if we can get there earlier because she has a hole in the time and will get in trouble if she can't cover it... so we rescheduled... Its an hour and half drive, they called my daughter 3 times and texted her once on the way to see if they could rush, now this is a super curvy and hilly country road with lots of construction and detours.... they arrived 15 minutes before her appointment and still had to sit in witing room for an hour! This put the time back to original appointment time..... she was heard screaming from the waiting room and I am sure the apartments above heard her screaming also... After care instructions were given outside and no sober adult spoke to the Dr. After my daughter got in the vehicle she told her dad she was going to get sick, the office staff was coming out of building to go home and asked what was wrong, they were told she thought she was going to get sick, the girl from the office said with much attitude and eye roll that she was given nausea meds so she is fine.. I tried to call the next day and still have not recieved an answer, so I called their second location and still haven't heard the words I am sorry your care was at that level! DO NOT GO HERE!

Of love of God tsp not go here you will regret it they have the worst dentist doctor in America and he will mess up your teeth for rest of your life he recklessly work on your teeth and he doesn't even remember what kind of work he done on you even tho it happen last week. I'm bagging you to trust me avoid this specific location. I had to go to TMJ and pay $1500 and my teeth is not fix the way it was. I'm so mad!!!!

Drove 2 hrs, one way, for my fiancee to get teeth extracted. Got there and they said they had to clear it with his insurance first. Would've been great to have known that, wouldn't have made the trip

Consult consisted of x-ray and sent out the door. I had to beg to have a few questions answered. They got approval from my insurance and didn't call me. I had to call them. But was told to call back in 1 1/2 weeks to get on their schedule. When I called, I was told I had to pay upfront for dentures even though my insurance approved them in full. I filed a complaint with my insurance company and she said she talked to the office manager who would call me. I've never heard from them. Place is shady and didn't come across as the cleanest place.

I love Alpha Dental! They fixed all my teeth and Dr. Doan was so caring in helping fix my mouth. Kiana and Maddy were funny dental assistants and made me want to come back each time
