I was referred to this place by a friend. She went on about how awesome they were. Well I have a different opinion. First of all I've had nothing but bad experiences with dentist and I was hoping this place was different but unfortunately it isn't. I had to have all my teeth pulled and was awake for all of it. After she was finished she just walked out of the room. That was back in February and now here it is almost September and I'm the one that had to call to make my follow up appointment. I went in to have my impressions done and the girl told me they would call me when my wax impressions came in. She told me it usually takes about a week week and a half. We'll that was a month ago. And I still haven't heard from them. After all this is over I will NEVER come back or refer anybody to this place. People are better off going to comfort dental or somewhere else this place. Do better alpha dental. Update Still no call still no dentures. Had my teeth pulled back in February and since then I have been back once to have my impressions done and that was almost 4mths ago. I did call and talk to someone and they said it should be soon and that was 2months ago.

I was recommended this place because it took my insurance and it took me over a month or 2 to get in to be seen. And then then they kept changing the date of my surgery because 'the surgeon was unavaliable' Finally when I went to pay the deposit for it, they told me the price had changed and the deposit was higher and no one communicated this to me prior. I had driven out to their office to pay only to find them closed more than once when they were scheduled open. I have had to go back to the doctors multiple times to get more antibiotics because they are not taking care of their patients but are doing more harm. I am now going to be looking for a new surgeon, one who actually will do their job.

Went to get a tooth pulled but they said it was a wisdom tooth and couldn't pull it's so they said I had two cavities on my top right side (even tho the Not one of the two was hurting at ALL) They filled them, but not properly because now my teeth are hurting so bad I cannot chew on my right side. I went for an appointment to have them looked at to either refill or something and now he's telling me that it is so bad I have to have a root canal!!! And he won't do a root canal, but want me to take Tylenol for pain when I can't even touch it with my tongue do not go to Alpha dental Springfield they are a big giant joke!!!! Makes a problem and then doesn't fix it and leaves you in pain for over three weeks ---------------------------------------------- Reply- I understand what you're saying, but my teeth was not hurting in the very first place nothing was wrong with it all I wanted you guys to do was pull a tooth. I don't care if there's a cavity in it my teeth wasn't hurting and now they are so bad I can't sleep, but asked me to take Tylenol, so no I don't think you did your job. My teeth hurt so bad I can barely eat Thank you but I feel like you didn't do nothing but make my teeth ache now I can barely eat once again to take Tylenol that doesn't even put a dent in it and I'll let you guys know that

Called in about real bad pain in my tooth , they schedule me a whole month out and stated they was booked and they don't do walk ins . I literally waited the whole month while going through real bad pain for me to come in today for my appointment that I waited a month for , My appointment was at 2:00 pm and I sat and waited until about 2:45 as I waited I was looking around for any posters or advertising about teeth , there none ! No tv only thing I saw was what type of payments they took, and that was strike 1 . Then I asked the lady how long it was gone be because remind there was nobody in the waiting but me so I didn't understand why I was waiting anyway when I had an appointment for 2:00 . The lady at the front desk stated that it shouldn't be long instead of getting up to check then 20 mins later I just cancel cause I basically wasted my time ! Very unprofessional and don't deserve our money!

6 months ago I went in for a consultation to get my wisdom teeth removed. I waited a month for them to call and schedule but after not hearing from them, I called and was told that they would look into it and call me back within a week. 6 months have gone by and they never attempted to reach out and schedule my appointment.

Would give less stars if I could. Been a patent for about 2 or three years its gone down hill. My last visit the Wait time was ridiculous and then they didn't even want to help me with the tooth that was causing problems and pain but wanted to fill cavities and other things I didn't need right away. They are all about money. They don't care about you. I'm finding someone better.
