Today, I had a back tooth extracted. I was called back before my appointment time and the procedure was painless. Taylor and Doctor Kumar were amazing and they explained each step of the procedure and made sure that I was comfortable throughout. I would definitely recommend you use them for any dental issues.

Extremely dissatisfied.. been just over a year since I had a couple back teeth fixed and whatever he used to fix/ fill in it has just fell out/ disintegrated fell apart on both teeth and now I'm at work in pain and it was supposed to be a permanent fix... and then they never return a call. Foh

I think I found a good dentist for me. They needed to fix my front teeth cause comfort dental screwed them up. And they look really good. They look like my actual teeth.

I've tried calling this office multiple times over the passed few days. No one answers or calls me back. I left the office last week after scheduling a appointment for sedation & extractions. They didn't prescribe me an antibiotic which I was in the ER THE NEXT DAY with a huge infection in my mouth. I've been trying to pay on my Co pay via phone call, I've left voicemails and no one has called me back. This happens all the time. No one EVER calls me back. Now I have to drive an hour down there to pay my co pay so I can have my surgery done on the 27th. I'm not a fan of this office anymore. I've been using them for almost 6 years and I have to say they were a better office when I first started coming here. After my Extractions I'll be finding a new office. Who WILL call people back, who will answer the phones and will take care of the patients as needed. There's NO excuse as to why I ended up in the ER the next day after the Dentist seen my issues. It's negligence & awful to let a patient slip through the cracks.

This would have been a 5 star review until after my visit. To start off the dentist here was absolutely amazing. They did my double extraction and explained everything perfectly. I realize after getting home and becoming more coherent after waking up that I was not prescribed any antibiotics. This is the 4th time in my life i had to do an extraction (and you ALWAYS get antibiotics) because its an open wound that is prone to infection. At least that was the understanding I had always been given. When i called to check about getting antibiotics before the weekend just in case an infection kicked the lady told me its IMPOSSIBLE to get an infection in my mouth during recovery and that they would have scraped out any infection there during the procedure. Now a simple google search can tell you that is just plain wrong but nonetheless I asked why all other times I had been through it, I would be prescribed antibiotics during recovery and again she told me how it was impossible. Made an emergency appointment with my dentist to see what they thought and was prescribed antibiotics. very strange since i had just been told twice how it was IMPOSSIBLE to get an infection in my mouth by the receptionist here. Anyway, procedure itself went great and I would recommend them for the work just not the after care. Have your own dentist ready after you go here because apparently this place doesnt believe infections are possible during healing, only during the surgery itself.

I just want to say what a truly amazing practice this is! Dr. Kumar and Taylor P were MORE than wonderful and accommodating to me, from the first time I came in, until I had my first tooth pulled today. I was so terrified and in so much pain, but they eased into everything and made sure I was 100% comfortable the ENTIRE time. 10000/10 - would recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, yet professional and clean dental practice. I plan to stay on as a patient as long as they are here! Thank you so much!!

It's ridiculously difficult to phone this place. You have to listen to a bunch of menu items and once you do that and pick, then you get stuck on hold or told to call back in an hour. Really? Not the appropriate way to run a business. Update: I tried calling this place 4 times! The last time I was on hold for 22 minutes while I listened to "your caller 8, your caller 7, your caller 6", etc. I was down to one and was next to get to a customer service representative only to suddenly get a message that they couldn't answer my call right now and to call back in an hour or leave a message and they would get back to me in a couple days. I finally gave up and I'm going to look for another dentist who will actually answer their phones..

Just had about the best and most thorough cleaning from Alpha Dental that I could possibly get. I have had cleanings that felt rushed and unimpressive, so I appreciate when I get a good one. Also, I didn't have to wait long to be called back. Good job!

I called this office as a new patient with horrible wisdom tooth pain on 6/23/22. They got me a consult appointment scheduled very fast on 6/27/22, and I went in and was seen. They told me they needed to schedule my extraction, but insurance policies were in the way. Once I explained to them how much extreme pain and issues I was having with one specific wisdom tooth, they agreed to schedule my surgery and was able to get me in the next day. On the day of surgery I was super nervous and was all over the place with my emotions. My oral surgeon sat me down and explained what complications were, and how everything was going to go. The two ladies helping me throughout the process were very sweet too, they assured me I'd be okay and talked to me to get my mind off of the procedure. They finished the surgery, and gave me my prescriptions. It was all around a great experience and that's a lot to say about a dentist office! Thank you.

Very good didn't feel a thing took only 10 mins to take 2 teeth out Tayler was great I was very nervous and they talked with me to lower my anxiety Dr explained everything he would do at first appointment but couldn't do what I wanted so we talked about 2 teeth and that's what he did I will be going back for rest of teeth

A million thanks to Alpha Dental for my new top teeth. I recently had to have all my top teeth pulled there at Alpha and new dentures for this problem. The situation was virtually painless. When I left there after this oral surgery I had all new top teeth! They look natural too. Thanks again to all those in my procedure that helped:)
