Absolutely terrible service and little regard for patient health. I went here to have a full mouth extraction. They randomly turn the phone off (during open hours) so it goes to a message system or says to try back in an hour. So I finally get to my surgery day. About 5 days after surgery I started having symptoms of infection (it was a weekend) by Monday I felt really bad I was draining from my nose my throat and an extraction site. So bad I started to vomit and get sick. I had called and of course the phone was off, I left a message, no one called back, I tried again and again to the message system. No one called back the next day either. I honestly felt like death and they couldn't care less. The first appointment I was just trying to get the email to send my X-rays from another dentist over. I called 3 times and they never called back, I ended up having to pick up physical copies from one dentist to take to them.

3.5 hours in chair with dentist counseling at molar trying to extract it. It became miserable and exhausting. I finally asked for a different dentist. They discounted the fee. Nobody apologized or offered an explanation for why it was so difficult. I think this place is staffed with new dentists of little-to-no experience.

*Don't mind my ugly face, I was crying in all these pictures* Beware of this office! I have to have work redone and spend thousands more to correct the damage they did. They absolutely sabotaged my mouth! I refuse to smile because of how big my front crowns are and I have to get it all ripped out and replaced if I want to smile ever again. I had to have temporaries put in twice because they made my crowns the wrong size, they gave me rabbit teeth (pictured). And the craziest part is the dental assistant was trying to convince me that the teeth in the picture looked ok. The first set of temporaries they left metal cords in my gums and sent me home. They caused my gums to swell over half my tooth...it was painful and interfered with my life for over a week. I called multiple times through the week and explained that there was significant swelling and they kept assuring me that it was natural swelling. I finally came in and they found that there was a cord left in my gums and they removed it. I then left the office and as I was driving home it dawned on me that the bump I was feeling on my left temporary might also be a cord, so I then drove back and told them that I suspected there was a cord in that gum as well. And guess what, there was. They then removed the second cord. They let me leave that office two separate times with metal in my gums. The last picture you can see is my second set of temporaries. They were hideous and embarrassing. My second set of crowns (the ones I have right now) are still oversized. I am going to have to go somewhere else and have them replaced. So there goes two grand right there. I've also had many fillings, five or six, come out and have been to this office maybe 15 times in the last two years, dealing with issue after issue. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. They have caused me a lot of pain and suffering.

I need alot of out of pocket procedures and front teeth cosmetic work. I already new this..and got very overwhelmed at last cleaning visit with new dentist 2nd opinion i guess.. xrays and no cleaning done at appt. Take care of your teeth?? I was trying...took off work for this..yet no cleaning. Purchased some dental ins and calling around..but front desk did help to send my xrays. Much appreciated. Dentists come and go there..ive had 3 in 3 years. But the normal staff is amazing..sweet..and i will miss them! With my anxiety..and major procedures needed I just need a constant same dentist so I can build trust not having to start over all the time.

I had all of my teeth pulled on the 29th of November and it took me until the 23rd of December to get them to help me with the excruciating pain I was in. The surgeon told me I was in normal pain after extraction. He said to give it time. It had only been 3.5 days so I said okay. 2 weeks later, I started going to Dr's and other dentists trying to get help and they all said I need to go back to Alpha. When I say excruciating pain. I mean, I could not stick out my tongue and I could not swallow. My eye felt like it would pop out of my head any moment. I could not take enough lidocaine, benzocaine, Tylenol or ibuprofen to ease the pain. I went back to alpha with the info I was given by Locust dental and the surgeon at alpha treated me so poorly I cried. He told me that the bone sticking out of my gum was normal and it would heal. He said the only other option was to open it back up and grind the bone down and it likely wouldn't even help. He offered a shot of nonocaine for temporary pain relief and I declined because I knew when it wore off the excruciating pain would be worse. I asked him how long to give ot before coming back and he said to give it another month! It wasn't until I cried that he said he was just going to open it back up and grind it down. He did and that was the 23rd of december. It's now the 29th of December and I'm in pain that is manageable by limited amounts of Tylenol, ibuprofen and lidocaine. I don't even touch pain relief medication until noon - 2pm. Thank you for eventually fixing me but I didn't appreciate the additional pain and suffering because you probably thought I wanted drugs.

This the worst dentist office they called an canceled my appointment to get my teeth cleaned and 2 teeth pulled because supposedly the dr car broke down. Tried to get get an appointment for severe pain they asked if I could come I. That day when I called back to confirm they told me the Dr was sick not coming in an the whole office was sick. This place is a joke glad I never let them do any work

Did a terrible job on my fillings! Filled way to deep and didn't numb my mouth enough for my second filling and I felt it. I had a root canal dine with a specialist and they told me I needed a cap on it and alpha dental refused to put on one. I was in a lot of pain They just put a filling in it. I'm going to a new dentist now and they put a cap on it and it's much better now!

This place was dirty and no equipment was cleaned before it was put into my daughter's mouth and no gloves were used I went back to the room because she felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave and the room was disgusting there was dust built up there was somebody else's germs all over the table that they were going to use for her procedure. Never ever going back terrible experience. Highly would not recommend.

Great people but they don't know S--t! My teeth are over sized..I look like MR.ED! I can't even eat with them. I know they are temps but I need to eat. I'll get my perm teeth elsewhere.

What kind of dentist don't take a patient referral because the teeth that need pulled are not in the same quadrant..yeah so I'll just sit here in severe pain thanks!!! And you said I was a patient there in September I informed you I was not then you asked me my name and birthday my age hmmm weird office
