Dr. Arpan Nalin Patel Dr. Patel made the decision at a very young age that he wanted to follow in his fathers footsteps and work in dentistry. He can even recall back to the age of 7, walking around his fathers practice, constructing and playing around with all the dental models. This love for dentistry stuck with him all throughout his teenage years and into college. Prior to attending dental school, he earned his bachelors degree of science in biology from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. Not long after graduation, he decided to follow in his fathers footsteps and attend the same graduate school at the University of Pennsylvania. There, he gained extensive knowledge in multiple fields of dentistry including cosmetic, restorative and surgical. In 2000, he completed UPenns dental medicine program and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
After graduation, he joined his fathers successful practice and was mentored by him there. This mentoring in highly specialized care immediately put Dr. Patel five to seven years ahead of his peers. In his first month of working with his father, he learned how to perform full-mouth rehabilitations, something newly trained dentists are usually not too keen on. His extensive knowledge in the field does not end there.
In 2008, he embarked on a special, educational journey by taking an extensive course in dental implantology. Before taking this course, he would typically recommend dental bridges and partial dentures to his patients in need of some restoration. Now, through specializing in dental implantology, he can provide his patients with a better-quality tooth that will last a lifetime. His practice emphasizes on providing patients comfort and bringing them satisfaction. He best does this by keeping up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry. This is a point that his late father stressed should be done and something that he continues to honor.
In his spare time, Dr. Patel enjoys golfing, watching football and spending time with his two young boys and beautiful wife. He is a lifelong, die-hard Philadelphia Eagles fan and bleeds green through and through. Aside from his obsession with dentistry, some other things that bring him joy include swimming, soccer and coaching his boys in flag football.
Dr. Shakeel AhmedIn 2001, Dr. Ahmed earned his degree in Periodontics from the University of Pennsylvania. He decided to choose a career path in dentistry because of the satisfaction he gets from seeing people smile who once were afraid to do so. Through completing complex procedures, like surgical dental implants and bone grafting cases, Dr. Ahmed gets to provide his patients with a feeling of self-confidence. In his spare time, Dr. Ahmed enjoys watching motorsports, riding motorcycles and keeping up with all the latest in Formula One racing. He also enjoys going camping with his beautiful wife and two young children.
Dr. Stephanie MastrotaAfter practicing dentistry for over than 30 years, Dr. Mastrota understands that the profession is about more than just filling teeth. Graduating from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine was only the beginning of her education.
Throughout her 25 years of practice ownership in West Chester, Dr. Mastrota took many hours of continuing education to ensure that her patients get the very best care available. She graduated from the prestigious Las Vegas institute and taught at the NYU Aesthetic Advantage educational continuum, instructing other dentists about cosmetic dentistry. She continues to improve her skills and expand her knowledge by participating in various courses and study clubs.
Dr. Stephanie Mastrota also had the honor of being recruited by the United States Naval Reserve and being commissioned as a lieutenant at the age of 51 years old. While serving at Fort Dix, she had the privilege of traveling to Morocco and serving in a humanitarian mission, African Lion.
Dr. Solange AbreuDr. Solange (Lora) Abreu had the honor of attending the first university to be founded in the Americas, the Autonomic University of Santo Domingo. She did both her undergraduate training and attended dental school there. She then started her own private practice in Santo Domingo and practiced dentistry with an associate for four years. After moving to the States, she attended dental school a second time at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where she graduated near the top of her class with honors in the treatment of medically compromised patients. After graduation, she began working and simultaneously attended a one-year fellowship in prosthodontics, also at Penn. She learned about cutting edge advancements in dental technology, and became proficient in full-mouth reconstruction and aesthetic dentistry.
Dr. Mohil has cultivated his clinical skills and refined his eye for aesthetics and restorative dentistry from his training at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine (Boston, Massachusetts), where he went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. His previous education includes his degree in engineering as a biomedical engineer. Dr. Mohil utilizes his engineering background to pioneer a change in dentistry using advanced technologies.
Dr. Mohil takes pride in his approach for facial aesthetic design and utilizing latest techniques to deliver predictable smile transformations but also ensure optimal health and longevity for his patients smiles.
He is continuously updating his education through CE courses and is currently a member of the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and Academy of General Dentistry. During his downtime, Dr. Mohil enjoys traveling and exploring restaurants in different cities.

I had an old filling in a molar that had a small cavity surrounding the old filling. The procedure was to remove the old filling, replace with a new filling and put a cap on that tooth because the tooth had more than 50% filling. I had a great experience with this procedure. Dr. Nirav, Dev and Natalia did a wonderful job on the whole procedure. it was done professionally, and with confidence. They used modern technology on building the replacement cap that will be installed in 2.5 weeks. I have been coming to Alpha dental for two years now. The entire staff is professional and very friendly. I am always greeted pleasantly by the reception desk every time I come in. Thank you Alpha Dental!

Amazing!!! When I say they treated me like family and vip. I had an appointment from 10am till 2pm and was getting alot of dental work done it felt like i moved in for the day , And am 7 months pregnant. They were amazing!!! The assistants were also so sweet offering to get me a milkshake lol. They were pleasant and friendly and made my experience the best. Dr. Patel is great and very patient. He didn't get annoyed when I had to keep stopping. I'm also in recovery and there is no judgement there!!! They were giving me hugs when I was leaving. Would recommend this place to anyone!!!

All I'm going to say is RUN!!!! Place shouldn't even be in business. It's a long story,but take my word and other peoples words. Read the reviews, ones with one star. They're true!!!! I lived it,I know. Crooks!! The whole place. Save yourself the physical and financial burden. Find another place to get dental work done. Stay far far away from this place. You've been warned.

I highly recommend any of my friends and family to alpha dental excellence in langhorne pa. I have never been to a dentist office more friendly and professional as them they comfort you while your in pain before you even stop in. They get you in very fast and most of the time same day extraction. Prices are Great and reasonable. They work with you in every direction no matter what your financial problem may be. I saw Dr. Arpan Patel and I have been in no pain since my first visit to alpha dental excellence. I even referred someone for the first time they could not find a dentist in our area were we lived and they was in so much pain. So I simply sat down and told her I know who you can call to take care of this. And rite away we made that call the very next day we was in and out with full extraction done.... Don't hesitate if there is pain make the call to alpha dental I drive a hour and a half with no hesitation because they are worth it they are my number one dental choice. I also got $150 referral dental Dollars that could be used for her Treatment.

Alpha Dental Excellence absolutely made a difference in my life by making me have a smile worthy of smiling, because I was so embarrassed with my teeth I would have a closed mouth smile so after some research I decided to go to Apple Dental Excellence Oxford Valley Mall location and we did the full service within two visits pulled out 36 teeth which 34 of them were in need of pulling or serious fixing so I just decided to get a whole mouth full of new teeth I also had bone damage so after extensive dental work done by Dr Patel himself, and excellent excellent doctor. Also I dealt with a lady named Cheryl she was in charge of the financial end and got me my loans to get the service done. After the wait and a couple of pre-fit visits I ended up with a gorgeous set of teeth which I am very proud of to this day and it's been probably 4 years maybe five. The reason I'm writing this is because recently my bottom dentures were severely damaged and I knew I needed replacement so I had talked to Cheryl previously about this and she quoted me a price , but when I went in October 14th 2022, Cheryl pulled out the paperwork out and because this time I did have cash Cheryl gave me a great discount, and ,"I think she snuck in Loyalty Discount, " Thank YOU, Cheryl I know you did do that ,,, and it's probably saved me almost $1,200 which I was very grateful for!! So I ask ," when are we get started ?Thinking it would be a week or two and Cheryl said " right now." So I got up from the financial chair and went directly into a dentist chair where they made my first casting within half an hour of me walking in the Alpha Dental , and asking Cheryl let's talk about getting my teeth finally done and I left probably within 1 hour .I had my first casting and I probably will be able to go back within 2 weeks to get a couple pre-fits and hopefully within 3 weeks I will have my bottom dentures redone and I will be back 100% . And I could have that feeling that when I smile I can open mouth smile and know I have a beautiful set of teeth . so I want to thank the entire dental team. Dr Patel, Cheryl, and the lady that performed the casting for my bottom dentures. The whole Alpha Dental team is very professional and I want to thank them all and let everybody out there to know before you go anywhere at least check out Alpha Dental. Walking into the waiting room itself you can tell it's class, and I was very impressed just walking into the waiting room very nice place so again Alpha Dental thank you very much, always a patient of yours.. This place is like the fast food of Dentistry. Row after row of Dental chairs, no full walls. . I can't imagine the amount of bacteria that floats around. Absolutely no privacy. The woman in the next cubicle screamed so loud I jumped out of the exam chair! The xray tech gently pushed me down and told me the screaming woman was having a tooth extraction. Its 2022 and someone is screaming in a dental office? Once they finished with the xrays, the tech told me the dentist would be right in. 25 minutes later and no dentist. I was in that facility for 1 hour and 15 minutes and never saw a doctor. I walked out . Don't go there. A dental office shouldn't be a production line. Go to a place that actually cares about your health and well being. With that being said, the women were very nice. Other than that...it was a third world country.

My husband, former patient, died 5 years ago. I have documented my request for the last 5 years to please take my late husband out of your email system. I have called, emailed and sent a letter. Yesterday I received his 5th birthday greeting. The lack of respect and courtesy is hurtful, insensitive and rude. Shame on you.

Total disappointment, very unhappy. The attention started very well, but when I refused treatment for reasons that I don't live here, the attention changed. HORRIBLE I will never go back and I do not recommend it. A filling had fallen out and they charged me 150 dollars for a fixed filling and they gave me a temporary filling. They promised me that they would be able to help my son with dental implants. I let them know exactly what he needed and I did not want to set him up for failure yet again! They assured me no matter what they could help me with in house financing! Turns out when they found out they couldn't get other financing for him they stopped returning our phone calls!!!! They only want your money!!!! They don't care about what they promise you!!!!! I will be contacting the better business bureau along with channel six news Nidayah Hahn!!!!!!!
