After bringing my Mom to several of her appointments and seeing how well they took care of all of her issues I inquired if they took my insurance. I'm retired military and it can be tricky looking for a quality dentist to take care of my daughter and myself. I've always said care for your teeth and mouth are just as important as care for the rest of your body. Myself and my daughter had a routine cleaning and all went fairly well. Although my daughter had difficulty with the X-rays portion she said the rest of her experience was pleasant. Hopefully they can make it pleasant for her next time. I too hate taking X-rays but Mike was a gem in trying to make that part not as bad using cotton swabs. Explanation of future procedures was through, which I appreciate. So far so good. I recommend this location for anyone. They even have a plan for people without insurance. July 2022 I love this place. They are a caring team of professionals! Doctors and technicians. Kim. the manager, is the most caring manager I have seen at any medical facility. The reception desk are as helpful as their manager.

The doctors are super nice, very nice environment to work but my only issue was the office manager... she was extremely rude and ignorant and when it came to me to explain her about my severe anxiety issue... she was extremely ignorant and oblivious about it.... I have never met someone so ignorant and unprofessional like her.... Not only that but when I was on the phone she had the nerves to talk to me and get my attention, knowing very well I was on the phone with a patient... office could be better with a new office manager

All I can say, Dr. Cho, Alexa, Mike, and of course: Lady Kim, are the Best. I expecting leaving there hurting and sore. Not so!!! They are the Best!!! Plus they all are Very knowledgeable, kind and caring. I'm talking about cleanings, implants, extractions: "No Pain"!!!

One of the most pleasant dental experiences I had, Dr. Cho very friendly with a beautiful personality, I went there unhappy with my smile and left with a beautiful smile all in one day. I felt very comfortable with the friendly staff, Alpha dental is my go to dental place

First of all, you sent me this "feedback form" asking about my experience yesterday and I haven't been there since last year. My insurance changed and you are not in network. When you called me back in April to confirm an appointment for May, I told you to cancel as my insurance had changed and you were no longer in network. Then I received 2 texts from you this past week to CONFIRM or CANCEL my appointment and each time I hit CANCEL. Then Joel called my everyday this week and left messages to ask for my insurance before my appointment. I left a message that I was not longer a patient and had cancelled my appointment. Since You obviously ignored the messages and texts and the message for Joel, you proceeded to call my emergency contact and ask about insurance. Emergency contact means "Emergency". My contact thought something happened to me and got concerned. How ignorant and inefficient on your part. How dare you disturb a family member for a non- emergency for someone who is no longer a patient... even worse! Even if I were considering coming back and paying out-of-network fees, now I would never go back because your office is so inefficient and discourteous to patients and you caused upset to my family because of your greed.

Nothing hurt. My regular dental appointments, have all been good. All the cleaning was careful and comfortable, and the check-up was good with no new problems. I have been going to Alpha Dental here for more than twenty years. Everyone has been very nice to me over all those years.

New Customer, very happy with the service and the quality of the work. Had an emergency few months ago they helped great with. Returned for cleaning and some major repairs recently and happy with service again.

Always a wonderful experience. Short wait times, quick procedures, very easy on the gums. Update - they changed my long time dentist not for the better. I'll be switching dentists.
